Founders failure? Biden is a clear and present danger to America, but we can’t remove him from office.
Last week, while radical media fraudsters spread fear about Trump concentration camps1146 and his plans for revenge against those who done him wrong, a legitimate, clear and present danger sneaked through the hoaxes and false threats:
Today, House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Mark E. Green, MD (R-TN) released a statement following multiple reports that several individuals with connections to ISIS were arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in New York City, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia over the course of the past week.1147

This is not the first time we’ve been warned, nor is it the only time we’ve been confronted with the terror threat caused by Joe Biden’s refusal to protect our homeland.
In a letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Republicans on the House Homeland Security Committee cited the impeached cabinet member’s failure to cooperate with the investigation into terrorists that administration policies released into America:
According to recent news reports, DHS arrested at least two known terrorists in January 2024, who had been released into the United States. 1 Since February 1, 2024, Committee staff has contacted DHS several times to confirm and clarify the facts surrounding these reports; 2 however, our questions have not been answered.1149
Unanswered questions, stonewalling, and a border Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas weaponized against Americans to force mass amnesty create a looming, very intentional threat. Green warns:
It’s only a matter of time before one of these individuals connected to a terrorist group is involved in something devastating on U.S. soil, and this administration will be responsible. How much longer will we let this madness continue?1150
The Biden White House appears to be banking on its ability to propagandize the blood off the president’s hands when the unthinkable finally happens. The bet is a fair one. Millions of Americans still fall for Democrat Party lies and the ludicrous pseudo “reporting” by liberal news personalities who show appalling contempt for the intelligence of their audience and shocking disdain for our country.
Biden’s insane anti-Americanism: preserve Ukraine, destroy America
While lives in the U.S. are willfully endangered, the White House announced a Bilateral Security Agreement to grant Ukraine the protections Biden and Harris deny Americans. According to the White House, our obligation is:
Recognizing the need to preserve and promote Ukraine’s sovereignty, democracy, and capacity to deter and respond to current and future external threats;1151
Ukraine’s sovereignty is a Biden priority. Showing respect for Laken Riley and her family by simply pronouncing her name correctly at the State of the Union was not.
Dementia + treason? the Founders didn’t see Biden coming
The president and vice president shirk their duty to “preserve and promote” American “sovereignty, democracy, and capacity to deter and respond to current and future external threats” while imposing that obligation to Ukraine on U.S. taxpayers.
Our Founding Fathers left us no options for removing Biden and Harris because they never anticipated an administration that would direct its attentions to destroying their new country.
The 25th Amendment was ratified in February 1967 to provide for a president who is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.” This sounds like a no-brainer for Biden, butthe president will never resign and there is no conceivable travesty against America he could carry out short of endorsing Trump that would persuade cabinet members and congressional Democrats to join Republicans and do the right thing for our country.
The president’s choice of impeachment, resignation, and removal insurance was prescient. The thought of cackling, brain dead Kamala Harris is at least as terrifying as the continuation of the devastating Biden presidency.
Democrats pushed measures to dump Trump
After the free for all of the Obama days, Democrats could not accept a president who promoted American greatness.
In May 2017, Trump hater Jamie Raskin (D-MD) proposed H.R. 1987, the Oversight Commission on Presidential Capacity Act:
This bill will allow Congress to guarantee the security of the nation and effectiveness of the government when serious concerns have been raised about the President’s ability to execute the responsibilities of the office.1152
67 Democrats cosponsored Raskin’s bill.
Also in May 2017, Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) proposed H.R. 2093, “Strengthening and Clarifying the 25th Amendment Act of 2017”
That effort only netted 5 cosponsors, also all Democrats. Neither bill came to a vote.
One month before the 2020 election, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) partnered with Raskin to promote the “Commission on Presidential Capacity to Discharge the Powers and Duties of Office Act.” She claimed the action was “not about President Trump.” Furthermore,
Congress has a constitutional duty to lay out the process by which a president’s incapacity and the president of any party is determined. This bill honors the duty by creating a standing commission of top former executive officials and medical experts selected in a bipartisan, bicameral way.1152
Now we’re faced with a Democrat Party president Pelosi and her congressional enablers enthusiastically protect and who refuses to submit to the same cognitive test demanded of President Trump.
Biden is unable to pronounce a complete sentence, gets lost at public events, freezes like a living statue, and exhibits symptoms of time-shifting. His policies kill Americans, opened our country to an ongoing foreign invasion, protects our values for another nation while refusing to honor them for the U.S., turns a blind eye to radical, pro-terror antisemitism his policies encourage, and after warning about nuclear Armageddon emboldened Putin to send warships to Cuba.
Short of starting World War III, which is arguably underway already, it’s difficult to imagine how the continuation of his presidency could pose a greater threat.
Nixon did the right thing. Biden will not.1153
America has faced presidential incapacity and vice presidential succession before, most recently following John F. Kennedy’s assassination and the resignation of Richard Nixon. What we have not faced is this dual threat of incapacity coupled with a treasonous, anti-American policy agenda and wholly incompetent vice president who, like Biden, threatens lives and our survival as a nation.
The Founders did not plan for a whole of government approach to destroying America. There is no mechanism to remove both the president and vice president and hand the presidency to the Speaker of the House. Even in the impossible circumstance that Biden finally fails on all cylinders and must be removed from office, there is no chance Kamala Harris will face the same fate and be replaced by a President Mike Johnson or other official who believes that America is worth fighting for.
Democrats publicly deny Biden’s shocking incapacity, Harris’ incompetence, and the enormous threat created by the continuation of this administration. It’s time for Republicans to step up and when Trump takes over, pass legislation to make sure we are never in this situation again.

You are absolutely right, Sherri. Biden’s domestic policy disasters were bad enough, but now we have to worry about nuclear war for the first time in how many decades? We went from strong leadership to no leadership. Biden’s threats are hollow and meaningless and our adversaries know it. God only knows what he’ll come up with in Europe this week. With any luck no one at the meeting will be able to understand what he says because whatever it is, it won’t further America’s interests.

That’s a perplexing question, Stephen. If the left is sincere about climate change a nuclear war isn’t going to solve their problem, but it seems that’s the direction the administration has chosen even if Biden doesn’t realize it.
As you point out, it seems the endgame really is to break our country socially, morally, and economically. As long as Democrats stay entrenched in power – and I don’t believe the midterms are secure or a slam dunk by any means – the damage won’t impact them. They will get richer and more powerful while the American people’s lives are decimated. After a time the people will thank the government for anything it permits, anything it offers, anything it lets us keep for ourselves. If history has a precedent, it’s every country that decided a socialist economy and authoritarian government was a good idea.

Desperate people will accept whatever they are offered. When people can’t afford to leave their homes to work, find empty shelves at the grocery store, and are left sweating in the summer heat because of rolling blackouts, they will accept any relief the government offers because they don’t have a choice. Nothing that is hurting us is by accident.

If you took a survey and asked them how the government is funded, I wonder what their answers would be?

I’m not sure which allegations you are referring to, Gilbert, but Russian collusion was a Clinton campaign hoax and the Ukraine phone call charges didn’t pan out, either. The Hunter Biden issue is completely different. There is alleged hard evidence on a laptop in the FBI’s possession that was covered up by the media before the 2020 Election. Worse, the president’s statement that he knew nothing about his son’s business dealings have proved false. That’s the difference.

When Biden accused Republicans of semi-fascism he emphasized the battle lines and now, a year later we have four indictments against Trump to prevent him from running instead of letting voters make the decision at the ballot box.

Don’t pretend he’s the answer.
He’s part of the problem. But, and the left does this too, the right is so wound up in identity politics… they can’t see what’s right in front of them.
You don’t get to claim you’re a patriot, and then vote for a guy who would tear everything that people have died defending just to remain in power. It doesn’t work like that.
