UPDATE April 25, 2022:
Death of Texas National Guardsman proves Biden is on a mission to destroy America.
No American’s life is acceptable collateral damage for Biden’s open borders agenda.
13 dead American soldiers in Afghanistan are an inexcusable consequence of President Biden’s inability to lead the nation without unacceptable consequences. Now Biden has more blood on his hands, this time on the domestic front. The Christian Post reports that a missing Texas National Guardsman, who is now confirmed dead, lost his life saving migrant drug smugglers.312
For years we’ve listened to Democrat Party harangues about the noble, hard-working illegal immigrants our economy depends on. When Trump suggested that there were more than a few criminals coming across the border he was immediately labeled a racist and a xenophobe, as were any Americans who agreed.
With Biden in the White House the issue is how best to meet the humanitarian needs of illegals lured here in droves by his administration’s messaging. The word “humanitarian” was used nine times in a September 24, 2021 press briefing by Jen Psaki and Biden DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. “Illegal?” Not once.
Mayorkas also used last year’s border patrol whipping hoax to raise the specter of America’s alleged endemic racism. The DHS secretary could have deferred the issue pending the results of his agency’s investigation. Instead:
But first, I want to make one important point. In the midst of meeting these challenges, we — our entire nation — saw horrifying images that do not reflect who we are, who we aspire to be, or the integrity and values of our truly heroic personnel in the Department of Homeland Security.
The investigation into what occurred has not yet concluded. We know that those images painfully conjured up the worst elements of our nation’s ongoing battle against systemic racism.313
The images were only horrifying if they depicted what Democrats and the media falsely claimed. Their eagerness to condemn and convict in support of their anti-American narrative means looking for any reason, no matter how implausible, to attack law enforcement officers who defend our nation against domestic criminals and foreign invaders. This is not something any American should forgive or forget, especially in light of the officers being cleared of the whipping hoax after the lie was propagated by irresponsible House Democrats:
The images of the United States border patrol agents on horses corralling and whipping Haitian migrants with horse reins as they attempt to cross the Rio Grande do not depict our American values and commitment to human rights.314
Politicizing lies does not depict our American values, either. It depicts the Biden administration.
Agenda first, America last. Biden has more blood on his hands, but don’t expect an apology.
Now the president’s immigration policies have killed a brave man who died rescuing illegals who are also alleged criminals. Nothing I can think of depicts Biden’s mission to destroy America and the American people better than this incident. Agenda comes first, America last.
As of 9:00 this morning I see no public statement on the White House website. No doubt the president’s propaganda writers are hard at work trying to brush off the death of another American citizen on Biden’s hands. They also need to provide us with an explanation as to why bringing drugs into the U.S. while fentanyl deaths surge is acceptable collateral damage for the president’s open borders agenda.
Many Americans made the ultimate sacrifice because they deemed our nation worthy of their lives, Joe Biden is determined to make America a country not worth sacrificing anything for. Fortunately, Americans are better than this even if our president is a front for, in Mayorkas’ words, “the very worst elements” of our nation.
Update April 28, 2022:
Law Day 2022: Biden proclaims importance of two American values he is determined to destroy.
President Biden’s 2022 Law Day Proclamation is a perfect example of the false, contradictory messaging that permeates White House efforts to gaslight the American people. The hypocrisy is understandable given Biden’s considerable efforts to undermine the rule of law and its role in our society. To that end we were handed a pile of hypocritical nonsense about equality, another American value he has gone out of his way to subvert.
The president started on a hopeful and surprisingly patriotic note:
America is unique among the nations of the world because we were not built around any particular tribe, religion, or ethnicity — instead, we were built around an idea: that all people are created equally and deserve to be treated equally throughout their lives.315
Then it went downhill as he reminded us that “we have never fully lived up to that idea …”316
We’ve heard that line before, but did I misunderstand what the president stands for? I thought equity was the goal. His Law Day remarks skirt this contradiction with a flagrant falsehood:
Since my first day in office, I have taken action to ensure that everyone — regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, religion, disability, income, or zip code — is ensured equal justice under the law and is entitled to an equal place in our democracy.317
This is simply not true unless “entitled to an equal place” is not meant to imply the White House will grant that equal place. Biden’s FDA backed racial preference in dispensing lifesaving COVID treatments. His Department of Justice targeted alleged white supremacist Americans as the biggest terrorist threat to our nation and then set its sights on parents when they raised issues like racist, equity-based CRT in their schools. Even illegal immigrants were afforded preferential treatment during a pandemic that shut down much of the nation and took away Americans’ civil liberties while foreigners were allowed to pour into the country mask and vaccine-free, but not necessarily crime-free.
The president stands for doing whatever it takes to advance the political narrative enforced by the people who dictate his policy preferences. Nevertheless, Biden persists in gaslighting Americans into believing his administration supports the rule of law:
The rule of law is the cornerstone for extending the Nation’s full promise to all of our people, including those who were originally excluded when our country was founded.318
The rule of law is now a cudgel, a weapon used to threaten and enforce left wing values and a political agenda based on the notion that America is inherently, historically, and systemically racist. That falsehood is where equity comes in.
As he wrapped things up the president feigned an appeal to We the People:
On Law Day, U.S.A., we recommit to extending the full promise of America to all Americans and to building a Nation in which the extraordinary power vested in “We the People” truly and equally reflects all of us.319
Using We the People to substitute Biden equity for American equality has nothing to do with the values expressed in our Constitution. To compound the ideological confusion the president ended on this note:
On this Law Day, U.S.A., I encourage my fellow Americans to join me in pursuing the path of inclusion and equity over exclusion and hate, so that we may continue to perfect our Union and pass on a stronger democracy for generations to come.320
So it’s not really about equality, after all. If you’re wondering about the rule of law then look no further than our southern border and the streets of our largest, Democrat Party controlled cities.
America could use a Law Day, but we’re not getting one from Joe Biden. On his watch the role of law in America is whatever works best for Democrats whether or not it’s good for our nation.
UPDATE May 1, 2022:
If Trump was a plague, then Biden is the Apocalypse.
While President Biden is often incapable of uttering a coherent sentence when he’s reading off a teleprompter, this morning we’re hearing that he demonstrated considerable wit during last night’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner. In particular, the New York Post reports that he joked Donald Trump was “a horrible plague, followed by two years of covid.”321
This might have been funny coming from anyone except the man destined to go down in history as the worst president America has ever suffered under. Destroying the American greatness we enjoyed during the Trump years is not a joke. It’s not a laughing matter. Instead of donning a tux and making wisecracks to a tolerant, often complicit press Biden should be apologizing to every American for what he’s done.
None of Biden’s accomplishments are funny.
Let’s be clear:
Not being able to afford gas isn’t funny.
Not being able to afford food isn’t funny.
Losing more Americans to COVID than we lost under Trump while bungling the supply of tests and using race as a factor to determine who is eligible for scarce treatments isn’t funny.
Record inflation isn’t funny.
A record invasion of illegal immigrants isn’t funny.
Soaring crime rates in Democrat-run cities pandering to the Biden White House isn’t funny.
Attacking the First Amendment with an anti-American Homeland Security Disinformation Board isn’t funny. It’s scary, threatening, and intimidating
Endangering our national security with the display of historic weakness and incompetence we saw in Afghanistan isn’t funny.
Further endangering our national security by destroying America’s energy independence and bargaining with adversaries to replace our plentiful fossil fuel resources isn’t funny.
Mispronouncing “kleptocracy” repeatedly and then grinning like a demented fool after making a public statement about the very dangerous war in Ukraine that could escalate to a nuclear conflict isn’t funny.
Feeling empowered to make negative comments about a president with a very impressive legacy of successes while your own legacy already boasts a record of historic failures isn’t funny, either.
While Biden willfully, intentionally destroys everything great about America liberals will sit back, urge him on, and laugh. They despise this country and are happy to hear someone parrot back their anti-Trump hate, but the truth isn’t in the least bit amusing. If Donald Trump was a plague, then Joe Biden is America’s Apocalypse.
UPDATE May 5, 2022:
With so many great things about America already destroyed, what’s left for Biden? You and me.
A ruined economy with rising prices, rampant inflation, and looming recession. Foreign policy blunders that will haunt us for decades, if not forever. Open borders and the end of American sovereignty as we know it. A soaring pandemic death toll from a president who blamed his predecessor and then did much worse. A Supreme Court leak that suggests a left wing attack the White House won’t condemn and instead is actively manipulating for political gain with the message that only liberal opinions are tolerated.
Everything President Biden touches, he destroys. He ceded control of the nation to radical elements in his party that demand the end of America to usher in the beginning of a socialist, authoritarian state run solely by the far left and compliant Democrats like the president who are easy to dominate.
What’s left for Biden to destroy? Americans like you and me.
The violent urban riots in the summer of 2020, the threat of radical left extremists in cities like Seattle, and the crime wave spreading across our nation were shunted aside so Democrats and now the White House could promulgate the alleged threat posed by white, conservative Americans who do not and will not support what Biden and the Democrats are doing to our country.
The threats to our independence keep coming. Big tech censorship got the ball rolling. Now the Federal Government appears ready to step in to forcibly control what we know and what it wants us to believe.
As long as she is speaker, Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 Kangaroo Court will persist in rooting out, threatening, and shutting down political opposition deemed a threat to the state. It’s no accident that we also have a new bureaucracy under the auspices of Homeland Security to crack down on information and ideas and that DHS Secretary Mayorkas paved the road to repression by threatening parents for voicing their opinions about the schools they pay for.
These are grave threats conservative Americans must take very, very seriously in light of Biden raising the stakes by telling us exactly who and what his administration fears will interfere with the Democrat Party’s future:
What are the next things that are going to be attacked? Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that’s existed in American history — in recent American history.322
The president believes that making America great is extremism:
Let me tell you about this Ultra-MAGA Agenda. It’s extreme, as most MAGA things are. 323
The message is that those who support making America great are extremists.
Domestic terrorists, white supremacists, and now “this MAGA crowd” are labels used to turn those of us who don’t support this administration into enemies of the state. They all refer to the same thing: Americans who refuse to cower to the left’s radical, anti-American orthodoxy. The president’s remark is prelude to a whole-of-government effort to circumvent the First Amendment so it can combat insurrection, root out domestic terror, and stop the flow of alleged disinformation about Biden’s increasingly destructive policy agenda.
Yesterday the president again targeted conservatives in remarks to the DNC. He asserted that supporters of the Trump agenda are not decent or fair:
I don’t want to hear Republicans talk about deficits and their Ultra-MAGA Agenda. I want to hear about fairness. I want to hear about decency. I want to hear about help on ordinary people.324
Hillary Clinton had another term for us: deplorables.
It’s obvious from poll numbers that mainstream Americans don’t like what Biden is doing. Not only does the president not care what we think, his press secretary lies that the opposite is true. Speaking of the “MAGA direction” of some Republicans, Jen Psaki claimed in yesterday’s press conference:
And what we’re seeing — the latest antics are — made clear that they are at war with Mickey Mouse, they’re against allowing women to make choices about their own healthcare, against lowering the cost of prescription drugs. And if that remains their platform, the President’s view is: That is out of whack with the mainstream of the country.325
American greatness is anathema to everything Biden and the Democrat Party stand for. Americans who disagree are a threat to be dealt with by our rapidly evolving state security apparatus. Look for the administration’s rhetoric to escalate until a triggering event starts the crackdown. Was the Supreme Court leak the beginning of something much larger? It sure feels that way.
