UPDATE July 22, 2023:
Biden doesn’t have to worry about destroying America. It’s already done.
Bribery. Corruption. Compromise. If even one of the revelations spewing from the House Oversight Committee is true, President Biden must do the right thing and step down or be removed from office, correct? If your answer is yes, then you are wrong.
At this point the deluge of damning evidence collected against the president is so overwhelming that it gives us little reason to believe that at least some of it isn’t true. At the same time, we have no reason to hope that James Comer (R-KY) and the Oversight Committee’s investigations will go anywhere. Interviews with Republicans involved in the investigations don’t offer an answer to the single most important question: where does this end? If any or all of the allegations are valid, how will Biden be held accountable? Whining about corruption and compromise accomplishes nothing. It’s just partisan hot air.
Democrats wholly lacking in credibility like Trump-Russia collusion hoaxer Jamie Raskin (D-MD) defend America’s stumbling, cognitively impaired nightmare of a president with whataboutism about the prior administration that doesn’t deny what we see and hear from oversight Republicans. Raskin blasted the release of the long-awaited FBI FD-1023 form:
Releasing this document in isolation from explanatory context is another transparently desperate attempt by Committee Republicans to revive the aging and debunked Giuliani-framed conspiracy theories and to distract from their continuing failure to produce any actual evidence of wrongdoing by the President—even at the cost of endangering the safety of FBI sources.”954
The concern for the safety of FBI sources is laughable given Biden’s refusal to take the simple, legally mandated measures necessary to protect Supreme Court justices from protesters, at least one of whom was intent on killing Brett Kavanagh. Biden and his party are ruthless partisans who know they can get away with anything. Did they seize this opportunity in hopes of opening a seat on the court, proving how far they will go to advance their power and control over our country? I’ll leave that up to you.
Raskin’s “in isolation” comment is spot on, though not for any reason he intended. Focusing on the damning FD-1023 is a convenient dodge from Comer’s findings that passed the reasonable person test long ago. 20 shell companies, over $10 million in payments from foreign sources,955 audio recordings, a massive government-media coverup of the Hunter Biden laptop, and information protected from public scrutiny by the FBI point to a whole-of-government conspiracy against the American people by leftists that has nothing to do with Donald Trump and everything to do with protecting a mindless, talking puppet in the White House.
The answer to the question I began with is that no amount of evidence against the president will ever make a difference. Joe Biden will not be held accountable for anything, at any time, now or in the future.
America’s president may be senile, he may be corrupt, and he may be compromised by foreign governments, but he is still savvy enough to know where our democratic republic is vulnerable and certain to fail. With the backing of the Democrat Party, the most dangerous and frightening government agencies under his control, and a fourth estate in service to the political left, Biden knows the American people are powerless bystanders with no options, no recourse, and no hope regardless of what the House investigations uncover.
America is already destroyed because our values failed us.
For all intents and purposes, the president’s immunity and the refusal of our justice system to hold his son Hunter accountable are signs that America is already destroyed, perhaps beyond salvation. Our values do not hold up. There is no rule of law. There is no fair and equal justice. Our government is weaponized against opponents of the Biden regime. Right and wrong are dictated solely by political might.
Republicans will continue to spin their wheels. They will yammer endlessly about conspiracy and compromise but many, if not most of us already know that the GOP investigations are a massive waste of time. They will gradually diminish to a tired conservative talking point that Democrats will call a conspiracy theory while Biden sleeps through his second term and when he can be roused, will recite whatever the faceless activists running our country enter in his teleprompter. This won’t be any America we know and love. It will be the America Democrats created because we didn’t have the means to fight back and protect the values that made us great in much better times.
Mexico First? Biden Cowers to Diplomatic Pressure and Attacks the Great State of Texas for Protecting America.
No one is the least bit surprised that the DOJ sued Texas Governor Greg Abbott for defending his state against President Biden’s illegal immigrant invasion with a clever, floating barrier in the Rio Grande. Neither is it a shock that the White House cowered to alleged diplomatic protests from Mexico and attacked the Lone Star State instead:
This floating barrier poses threats to navigation and public safety and presents humanitarian concerns. Additionally, the presence of the floating barrier has prompted diplomatic protests by Mexico and risks damaging U.S. foreign policy.956
The lawsuit trick is straight from the Obama playbook, though the president’s success bringing in illegals by the millions puts his former boss to shame. So does his shameless pandering to Mexico while his weaponized DOJ attacks a state directly in the firing line of his illegal immigration agenda.
The White House has not revealed how many foreign nationals Biden plans to wave in to groom into future Democrat voters. We don’t know how many Americans must die from fentanyl, how many migrants must lose their lives, how many women must be raped, or how many children must fall prey to predators before enough is enough and we finally end the humanitarian crisis created the moment the president sat down in the Oval Office.
The end of American sovereignty is an enormous victory for Democrats, illegal immigration activists, and Mexico’s criminal cartels. During testimony on July 20, 2023 before the House Homeland Security Committee, Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) confirmed the president’s success bringing criminal cartels to America:
They’ve essentially taken over all the criminal networks, much like a mafia. The Attorney General, Merrick Garland, has admitted to the Senate that the cartels’ strategy was to flood the Border Patrol and by tying up Border Patrol, because Border Patrol now is doing basically a catch-and-release system, then the drug cartels will slip people around the other side. 957
We haven’t heard yet if any cartels are on James Comer’s (R-KY) list of payments to the Biden family, but at this point nothing will raise eyebrows.
During Karine Jean-Pierre’s daily insult to our intelligence on Monday, the press secretary applauded the administration’s border success:
And as we have said multiple times, our border enforcement plan works. It is deterrence, diplomacy, and enforcement. We have seen — we have seen that plan working. Unlawful border crossing have come down to the lowest that we have seen in the past two years.958
U.S. Congressman Matt Rosendale (R-MT) gives us the big picture:
Over the course of Biden’s presidency, we’ve seen over 6.3 million illegal border crossings, including 1.3 million known got-aways. This doesn’t even account for those who crossed undetected.959
If Jean-Pierre is telling the truth and enforcement is a priority, why is the White House caving to Mexico instead of backing Abbott and the state of Texas?
Mexico is America’s partner and Texas is dangerous, unlawful, unjust, inhumane, and “really cruel.”
Jean-Pierre blasted Abbott for dangerous, unlawful, “really cruel,” unjust, inhumane solutions to a problem her boss created not by accident, but with willful and malicious intent.960
It’s possible the press secretary is too dimwitted to understand that “coming to the table and trying to figure out a way to work together”961 is a hackneyed Biden administration prank that means “do what we want or we’ll hurt you.” No one in the White House has any intention of fixing the humanitarian catastrophe Biden created. Dead migrants, OD’d Americans, and women and children sold into the sex trade are collateral damage from a policy to be protected at any cost, nothing more.
To that end a handful of administration lackeys paid a visit to Mexico, allegedly to address problems we made worse like fentanyl trafficking, arms trafficking, human trafficking, and illegal immigration. Our open door for Mexico’s cartels gives them plenty of cash to devote to all of these moneymakers while Merrick Garland focuses on shutting down the latest effort to save America.
Biden’s foolhardy pandering to Mexico can’t compare to his China bootlicking, but the administration’s stance on our corrupt, two-faced “ally” should still elicit disgust from Americans despite the hopeful tone after the meeting that promised to:
further the significant cooperation that our countries already have undertaken, including on the global fight against illicit fentanyl and dual-use chemical substances, combatting arms trafficking, managing migration, and modernizing our shared border.962
There is no mention of China’s involvement in the fentanyl trade, of course. Biden cowers to Xi Jinping, too. Instead, the argument is diverted to gun trafficking no doubt made worse by diverting Border Patrol agents to the processing, care, and feeding of Biden’s illegals:
Our countries also recognize that discovering, disrupting, and dismantling firearms trafficking networks is critical to our shared efforts to combat illicit fentanyl, and we remain committed to addressing firearms trafficking that contributes to violence and destruction on both sides of our shared border.963
The real goal is bringing more foreign nationals into the U.S. under the misnomer “legal pathways,” which means whatever the White House wants it to mean:
To that end, the United States and Mexico committed to further expand the availability of legal pathways throughout the region, including to Mexico and the United States. 964
The White House fought hard to end Trump’s remain in Mexico policy. Does anyone believe Biden wants any migrant’s pathway to end in Mexico?
We could lock down the border and put the Border Patrol back on the job of interdicting illegal arms and fentanyl instead of processing new Democrat voters. We don’t need Mexico to do that. Greg Abbott will help. At least we know his goal is not to stand idly by and wave in a flood of drugs, crime, death, and child abuse. Unlike our president, I doubt that he considers protecting our great, humanitarian nation unjust, cruel, and inhumane.
Fitch downgrade to America’s credit is the best news in weeks for Biden.
Karine Jean-Pierre’s press release after Fitch downgraded the failed Bidenomics economy yesterday typifies the transparent propaganda that Joe Biden’s desperate White House spews throughout each and every day because facts and the truth are too damning to discuss.
The press secretary’s insanely defensive diatribe resorted to an attack on Donald Trump and the GOP and is such a low point for the administration that it deserves to be printed in its entirety:
We strongly disagree with this decision. The ratings model used by Fitch declined under President Trump and then improved under President Biden, and it defies reality to downgrade the United States at a moment when President Biden has delivered the strongest recovery of any major economy in the world. And it’s clear that extremism by Republican officials—from cheerleading default, to undermining governance and democracy, to seeking to extend deficit-busting tax giveaways for the wealthy and corporations—is a continued threat to our economy.965
What happened to blaming Putin for Joe’s self-inflicted misfortunes?
Bidenomics credit downgrade is not the worse threat America faces.
The most pervasive threat to our economy is Joe Biden and Bidenomics. He destroyed American energy independence, depleted and has not replenished our strategic petroleum reserve as part of his campaign promise to end the fossil fuel industry, and then lied to Americans about the reasons their money goes into their gas tanks instead of on the dinner table which is also too expensive for many households to bear.
Home ownership is another casualty thanks to punishing interest rates that won’t be fixed by the president’s scheme to penalize Americans with good credit to help fund mortgages for those less responsible.
Worst of all, we have to listen to Biden insist that our lives are getting better because of what he’s done and that we just don’t have the smarts or the insight to understand why Bidenomics is such a lifesaver.
Despite the frantic desperation seething from Jean-Pierre’s juvenile attempt at an explanation for yesterday’s bad news, the truth is America’s credit downgrade is the best thing that’s happened to the president in weeks. It gives him a stump to deceive, disinform, and lie to the country about Bidenomics while endlessly reciting the Democrat Party’s perverted wet dream about rescuing America with money stripped from successful businesses and the rich.
Destruction of America’s democratic republic is what’s really at stake.
There’s something much worse at play than the credit downgrade we deserve for placing this incompetent, radical left ideologue in the White House. If the Biden administration wants to pontificate about “governance and democracy,” then the president or whoever does his talking for him needs to explain to America how autocracy, weaponized federal agencies, and an American justice system hijacked by the political left will accomplish anything but the destruction of our democratic republic.
The president, Democrats, and their pathetic, sycophantic media will ignore, deceive, downplay, and distract from what’s coming out of Republican investigations. It’s impossible to ignore the fact that if anything we’re hearing is true, this president is corrupt, compromised, even treasonous. Given the plethora of information and accusations, only the most jaded left-wing partisan could possibly believe that nothing revealed by James Comer (R-KY) and the Oversight Committee is factual going all the way back to the FBI coverup of Hunter Biden’s laptop that helped seat Biden in the Oval Office.
We can’t allow the Fitch downgrade to cover up the president’s autocratic attacks on the fair, balanced system of government and impartial justice that contribute so much to American greatness. Yesterday’s new attack on his chief political rival and the obvious weaponization of our justice system are emblematic of internal rot to our democratic system that is festering under Biden’s leadership.
Americans who care about the future of our country must not permit this new stump from which to preach the miracle of Bidenomics to overshadow the overwhelming likelihood that America’s president is beholden to our enemies and adversaries because they put millions in the Biden family’s pocket.
