Trump made Biden great again
The White House pretended outrage, but we knew Thursday night was coming. The travesty that began on January 20, 2021 was finally in our face, impossible to ignore and confirmed by the president’s very own weaponized Justice Department. Finally, inexplicably, this felt like the appearance of truth from the most unexpected of places.
Federal charges would be better news for Biden
No one is surprised the president evaded culpability for his classified documents scandal or that his 2024 challenger is not so lucky. Trump faces the wrath of the Democrat Party’s bilevel, anti-conservative system of outrageously biased local, state, and federal courts. Biden and prominent party elites are immune to accountability.
The decision not to charge the president is worse for his political future than a prejudicial legal process experience tells us would have exonerated him anyway. Prosecution argues that our justice system is impartial. The Hur report confirms it is not.
Karine Jean-Pierre did her best to divert the issue and lay blame on an agency that is little more than a cudgel for the president and his party. She blamed Republicans for doing what the Biden White House is guilty of with an “in that reality” explanation that sounded like it was scribbled into her cheat binder by Kamala Harris:
In that reality, we also need to talk about the environment that we are in. For the past few years, Republicans in Congress and elsewhere have been attacking prosecutors who aren’t doing what Republicans want politically. They have made up claims of a two-tiered system of justice between Republicans and Democrats. They have denigrated the rule of law for political purposes.1108

The Biden agenda: do the opposite of what makes America great
White House gaslighting is not raising Biden’s polling. Americans don’t want to hear a phony-sounding, jargon-laden coverup of his cognitive downfall. More than anything, we are fed up with the damage done by a president with a childishly simple agenda focused on one thing and one thing only: doing the opposite of what Trump would do. That’s the plan. It always has been.
Trump made Biden great again, but only if you hate America
The radical left’s hatred for the thought of a strong, resilient America made Donald Trump a political criminal and Joe Biden great again after he sank into obscurity with the demise of the Obama White House.
Nothing infuriates Democrats and turncoat Republicans like a president who solves problems and delivers results. Problems solved don’t justify massive spending or endless, pointless stonewalling and debate like the Senate’s current anti-border security boondoggle.
The left’s terror of Trump created the Biden agenda
Biden seethes with hate when he talks about “Trump and the MAGA Republicans.” He foolishly, childishly rejected every Trump policy that worked to make himself great in the eyes of anti-American activist Democrats.
First, the president reversed Trump’s border policies and focused Border Patrol efforts on processing future Democrat voters instead of deterring illegals and the dangers that come with them.
America’s energy independence was cancelled in favor of a socialist, Green New Deal agenda that hurt us with skyrocketing fuel prices Biden addressed by blaming Vladimir Putin, draining our Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and begging other countries for help. Then he added insult to injury by opening the door to draconian mandates to force purchases of activist-approved products like electric stoves.
Power on the world stage was swapped for the administration’s horrendous, make America weak take on globalism that put our nation at risk, killed service members and abandoned our people and billions of dollars of military hardware in Afghanistan, and involved us in wars by proxy in Ukraine and the Middle East.
There is more. Lots more. Mass infanticide endorsed under the moniker “reproductive health care.” Genital mutilation of minors. Critical Race Theory. A WOKE military hard up for recruits. Tolerance for violent protests from the left while the full weight of federal justice attacks conservative political opponents. The president spearheaded a wholesale rejection of our values that made radical Democrats and by association, Biden great in the eyes of activists who don’t care about our country or the fact that we are now an international laughingstock.
Failure does not make America great. It makes Biden and the Democrats great.
Biden is an extreme reaction to the Trump presidency. America got a taste of leadership that made us great after eight years of Obama and it terrified a political left and RINOs who depend on failure to sell their agenda. To that end, Trump made Biden great again long after his useful political life was over. That greatness may destroy us before it’s finally over, but no one can deny this president’s incredible anti-American success story.

The road to selling out one of America’s greatest allies
Biden shamelessly used a visit to Israel after the October 7, 2023 Hamas massacre to give himself credit:
You know, earlier this morning, I returned from Israel. They tell me I’m the first American president to travel there during a war.1110
He compared Hamas and Vladimir Putin, stating:
Hamas — its stated purpose for existing is the destruction of the State of Israel and the murder of Jewish people.1111
Strong words, but with 1,200 dead in Israel Biden kept the door open to appeasement:
We can’t stand by and stand silent when this happens. We must, without equivocation, denounce antisemitism. We must also, without equivocation, denounce Islamophobia.1112
When he spoke of hate in America, Muslims came first:

That was a bald-faced lie. This president directs unprecedented hate at “MAGA Republican” political opponents he labels extremist enemies of democracy. The political persecution meted out to Donald Trump will be an essential part of Biden’s hate-ridden, autocratic legacy going back to his September 1, 2022 Battle for the Soul of the Nation address.
By pushing for a ceasefire, the administration betrays the president’s line in the sand:
Israel has a right to defend itself and its people. The United States warns against any other party hostile to Israel seeking advantage in this situation. My Administration’s support for Israel’s security is rock solid and unwavering.1113
Now he’s the one seeking advantage by cowering to the antisemitic, anti-Israel left.
Biden’s support for Israel is as rock solid and unwavering as a bowl of Jello-O and this is just the start.
Don’t act so surprised. Biden sold out America and the American people on everything from the economy to the border, so why should our alliance with Israel be any different?
*In her remarks to the council today, U.S. Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield made clear the administration’s stance on the pending Rafah offensive:
It also highlights the concerns many [UN Security] Council Members have regarding the fate of civilians in Rafah, making clear that under current circumstances, a major ground offensive into Rafah should not proceed.1114
She talked about living side by side in peace, a durable peace, a sustainable peace, and a safer and more peaceful future. The Biden administration is many things, but a purveyor of peace is not one of them as the war in Ukraine, tinderbox in the Middle East and failed appeasement of Iran, and increasing attacks on U.S. citizens by illegal foreign invaders on our own soil attest.
Appeasement, weakness, and cowering to the demands of America’s radical left for fear of punishment in November will not bring peace anywhere on the globe. Israel no doubt knows this and if our ally needs more proof, the administration’s failure to stop attacks on our own troops in the Middle East should hammer the message home. This is what Biden’s weak, ineffective policies create. We can only pray that a stronger, more resolute Netanyahu knows better than our failed, cognitively challenged president.

You are absolutely right, Sherri. Biden’s domestic policy disasters were bad enough, but now we have to worry about nuclear war for the first time in how many decades? We went from strong leadership to no leadership. Biden’s threats are hollow and meaningless and our adversaries know it. God only knows what he’ll come up with in Europe this week. With any luck no one at the meeting will be able to understand what he says because whatever it is, it won’t further America’s interests.

That’s a perplexing question, Stephen. If the left is sincere about climate change a nuclear war isn’t going to solve their problem, but it seems that’s the direction the administration has chosen even if Biden doesn’t realize it.
As you point out, it seems the endgame really is to break our country socially, morally, and economically. As long as Democrats stay entrenched in power – and I don’t believe the midterms are secure or a slam dunk by any means – the damage won’t impact them. They will get richer and more powerful while the American people’s lives are decimated. After a time the people will thank the government for anything it permits, anything it offers, anything it lets us keep for ourselves. If history has a precedent, it’s every country that decided a socialist economy and authoritarian government was a good idea.

Desperate people will accept whatever they are offered. When people can’t afford to leave their homes to work, find empty shelves at the grocery store, and are left sweating in the summer heat because of rolling blackouts, they will accept any relief the government offers because they don’t have a choice. Nothing that is hurting us is by accident.
I agree their progressive, socialist/communist ideology is driven by their destructive tactics to deconstruct everything this country is founded on and that they are succeeding with executive orders and policies that are destroying the US (open borders, anti-law and order, killing the economy, allowing China to buy all the farm land, etc.). That’s a great question, PJ. They have to be smart enough to not completely destroy the economy so there is still enough of a tax base to fund their socialist handouts. Democrats don’t seem to worry about debt or the long-range consequences of what they are doing, so this doesn’t seem to be something that concerns them yet. If you took a survey and asked them how the government is funded, I wonder what their answers would be?

I’m not sure which allegations you are referring to, Gilbert, but Russian collusion was a Clinton campaign hoax and the Ukraine phone call charges didn’t pan out, either. The Hunter Biden issue is completely different. There is alleged hard evidence on a laptop in the FBI’s possession that was covered up by the media before the 2020 Election. Worse, the president’s statement that he knew nothing about his son’s business dealings have proved false. That’s the difference.

I can agree to that, Kevin and yes, politics has turned into an us vs. them argument. When Biden accused Republicans of semi-fascism he emphasized the battle lines and now, a year later we have four indictments against Trump to prevent him from running instead of letting voters make the decision at the ballot box.
I would never argue that Trump was a perfect president or the perfect conservatoire candidate, but at this point I don’t see anyone else in the field of GOP candidates who can defeat Biden and Democrats know it. If Biden wins another four years – and I don’t agree with those who say he will not run – and Democrats take back the House, we are finished.
