UPDATE December 22, 2022:
Biden’s Christmas address was a grim reminder about how he destroyed American unity.
It wasn’t too long ago that President Biden spoke to Americans about Republican semi-fascism and the soul of our nation that it threatens. His Trump-hating, anti-conservative “MAGA Republican” slur quickly spread through the Democrat Party until it seemed to infect every sentence we heard from progressive lawmakers. If Biden wants to ponder the root causes of the poison in our politics that he referred to in his Christmas address, he need look no further than the tip of his nose.
This is hardly the president’s first appeal to unity, though coming at Christmas it is especially contemptible given his pivotal role in fomenting our enormous divisions and stubborn refusal to recognize he shares much of the blame for the result. He tried and failed to assume the guise of a wise leader in his curiously grim holiday remarks. Biden’s recitation of unifying words no doubt written by others came off as phony and false because we know he believes none of what he said.
From Day One Biden’s leadership drove this country apart for political gain that wholly disregards the needs and wants of the American people in favor of pandering to radical progressives and climate doomsayers. We are not “united as Americans.” We are divided by identity politics and sheer partisan hatred for any political belief not endorsed by the White House and Democrat Party.
On a day when the stock market took another big bite out of middle class 401k(s) we could still laugh at Biden’s holiday wishes if he was not so determined to pursue his mission to destroy America one progressive policy at a time. The president talked about being blessed to live in this nation, but he treats our country like a cheap piece of real estate to be handed to any illegal foreign national lucky enough to stumble across the border with or without a load of fentanyl that will kill more Americans.
The president asked us to spread a little kindness. Americans are fundamentally, overwhelmingly good people. There will be an abundance of kindness and selfless acts this holiday season. Some will make the headlines and restore our hope that the American people, not divisive figureheads like our president, are what this country is all about. These selfless acts are the things that unite us and always will, despite the best efforts of Joe Biden to subvert the innate goodness that makes America so great.
UPDATE December 28, 2022:
Biden’s no border agenda is treason and it’s time we call it that.
After the Supreme Court issued its decision on Title 42, Karine Jean-Pierre immediately accused Republicans of political finger pointing and suggested they join Democrats to pass comprehensive immigration reform.655 It didn’t require much reading between the lines to decipher her blackmail message: grant amnesty legislation or the invasion of our country will never stop.
Even with Title 42 still in effect, Biden’s overwhelming illegal immigrant Great Replacement has brought millions of known foreign nationals and an unknown number of gotaways to the U.S. Even if we close the door today, the consequences of what this president has accomplished will be with us for generations.
That door is staying wide open, of course. The numbers are already so outrageous that we know there is no upper limit to the number of illegal immigrant invaders the Biden administration is prepared to welcome with open arms. This is a more, the better scenario that should go down in our history books as one of the most destructive acts ever perpetrated by a president against the American people. This president has betrayed our nation to such an extreme that only one word is sufficient for his no border agenda: treason.
Road to treason: Biden sells out America one order at a time.
On Day One Biden boasted immediate action to revoke President Trump’s “harsh and extreme immigration enforcement” and stop the construction of the defensive border wall.656 The same day he sent his “U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021” to Congress with its goal to “Provide Pathways to Citizenship & Strengthen Labor Protections.”657
Biden followed up with a February 2, 2021 “Executive Order on Creating a Comprehensive Regional Framework to Address the Causes of Migration, to Manage Migration Throughout North and Central America, and to Provide Safe and Orderly Processing of Asylum Seekers at the United States Border.” The order revoked five Trump border security policies, cancelled asylum agreements with Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras, and promised Americans that the administration would “undo the moral and national shame of the previous administration …”658
The president was clear about his intentions:
And I want to make it clear — there’s a lot of talk, with good reason, about the number of executive orders that I have signed — I’m not making new law; I’m eliminating bad policy.659
While he signed his good policy orders that precipitated the invasion of our country, Biden referred to the Trump-era protections as “harmful and counterproductive.”660 While those words were worrisome at the time, we could not possibly have anticipated what he really meant because few, if any presidents have embarked on such an enormous betrayal.
Since those first heady days that kick-started the Biden administration’s destruction of America we’ve been told the border is secure. Video footage and updates from U.S. Customs and Border Protection tell a different story, but the White House has no need to care what we think as long as illegals keep pouring across our absent border with Mexico. Despite Republican insistence, there is no reason for the president to pay an in-person visit because the numbers he gets from CBP speak to the unprecedented success of what he’s done.
After Biden took office numerous articles of impeachment have been introduced to Congress. H.Res. 1031 and H.Res. 671 called for impeaching the president for high crimes and misdemeanors that include failing to secure the border, halting border wall construction, ending the Migrant Protection Protocol policies, failing to stop terrorists from entering the U.S., releasing migrants into the U.S., and encouraging illegal entry. With dreams of a 2022 red wave long gone, impeachment is now off the table and even restoring our border is up for grabs. Besides, with Biden removed from office Border Czar Kamala Harris in the Oval Office is a far from appetizing prospect.
Planned GOP hearings and investigations are window dressing that cover up the real problem. We have a president determined to bring enough foreign nationals into the U.S. to change the social, economic, and ultimately political landscape. If you point this out, you will be denounced by his America-hating radical left supporters as a white supremacist and xenophobe.
Treason is the only word that suffices.
This president’s attack on American sovereignty and our people is so unbelievably malicious that the deaths of Americans from fentanyl and migrants traveling to his welcoming border are acceptable as long as the flow of humanity keeps coming unimpeded. I can’t think of any word except treason to accurately describe the destruction created, promoted, and endorsed by Joe Biden. The damage to what he hypocritically calls the Soul of America is incalculable. For the first time in our history Americans are less important to our government than foreigners who trespass into our country because they want what we have and our president is willing to hand it to them.
The worst thing about it is that there is nothing we can do to stop what’s happening. The illegals will keep coming. Biden, Mayorkas, and Jean-Pierre will continue to lie. America will be changed forever as this president continues to betray the promise of America and destroy everything great about us.
UPDATE December 29, 2022:
White House 2022 Year in Review omits three historic Biden accomplishments.
While our president fled to the Virgin Islands to escape the worries of a second year of hard work destroying America, Domestic Policy Advisor Susan Rice stepped in and championed the administration’s successes. She called 2022 a year of historic accomplishments and offered us a list topped by advancing racial justice and equity, the White House phrase for identity politics.
The rest of her progressive laundry list included White House priorities like community policing, dealing with hate-fueled violence, and strengthening Obama’s DACA program.661 Yes, it was quite a year!
Curiously, Rice left out three of Biden’s important, historic, and unprecedented accomplishments. Oklahoma Republican Tom Cole reminded us what didn’t make the list.
Biden’s three historic accomplishments are all records.
The White House is fond of words like “unprecedented” and “historic,” so it’s perplexing why Rice didn’t include these considering the extraordinary success of the president’s no sovereignty, no border policy. First,
In November, there were a historic number of “gotaways,” or those who have escaped into our country, amounting to more than 70,000 personnel.662
That’s an impressive figure in its own right that the administration probably hopes to top in December, but there was more:
Also, throughout the last year, border patrol agents apprehended 98 individuals on the Terrorist Screening Database. This was more than the previous five years combined.663
Wow. If only we knew how many slipped past Border Patrol agents who were occupied processing illegals for the White House instead of protecting Americans the president might be able to claim another record. Five years’ worth rolled into one is still an accomplishment, but when you are on a roll why stop?
Additionally, more than 14,000 pounds of poisonous and deadly fentanyl was seized in the last year at our southern border, yet another record.664
We don’t have the final numbers for 2022 overdose deaths yet, but at the very least Biden can claim this. Now to be completely fair, the credit for nabbing terror suspects and interdicting 14,000 pounds of fentanyl goes to the federal agents who made the busts and not our president. What Biden gets credit for is making all this possible. Without the vision and foresight to open our sovereign border and to treat anyone who breaks the law and steps into America at least as well, if not better than we treat our homeless population none of this would have been possible.
I’ll turn to Ambassador Rice for an appropriate closing:
Across the board, the Biden-Harris Year Two record is a record of results for the American people. It’s a record of taking on some of our nation’s toughest challenges and delivering. That’s the spirit that drove our Administration to success during 2022, and it’s the spirit we’re carrying with us into 2023. Stay tuned.665
We certainly will. So will the millions of illegals who know in their hearts that as long as Joe Biden is our president they are welcome any time.

Biden shames America again with tone deaf proclamation for Human Trafficking Prevention Month 2023.
America’s historic role in alleviating humanitarian suffering around the globe has been overshadowed by the stain of the Biden presidency. Our great country is now responsible for promoting human trafficking on a level that demands comparisons to the slave trade.
Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-FL) and 22 Republicans sent a letter to the president after human trafficking arrests during his first year in office increased 40%:666
Cartels have been reported to earn as much as $14 million a day trafficking families, women, children, and single adults through the southern border. What frequently follows is horrific abuse in the form of sex slavery and forced labor to repay debts to cartels. An elected official in Yuma, Arizona estimates that it can take 15-20 years to pay off debts associated with being trafficked into the United States.667
Biden’s open border stayed open. The crisis worsened. In an August 30, 2022 op-ed Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL) offered this grim statistic:
And tragically, children making the journey across the border alone are most vulnerable to traffickers—a study predicts nearly 60 percent of unaccompanied minors crossing the border have been caught by cartels and are being forced into child pornography and drug trafficking.668
Despite this tragedy of his own doing our president won’t even visit the border, as if not seeing what he has done and pretending it’s not happening absolves him of guilt for the crimes against humanity encouraged by his no border policy.
Refusing to visit the border is bad enough, but in a stunningly tone deaf proclamation for National Human Trafficking Prevention Month 2023 the White House sought the moral high ground and denounced an offense Biden administration policies are responsible for:
Around the world, human trafficking has stripped nearly 25 million people of their safety, dignity, and liberty — disproportionately affecting historically underserved and marginalized communities.669
Biden’s propaganda staff handed us the usual kick the can nonsense about researching root causes, as if pleading ignorance will reflect better on the administration than the accountability the president shirks for the damage he’s caused.
We were reminded that it’s incumbent on Americans to help:
We all have an important role to play in preventing human tracking and protecting victims. This month, I encourage Americans to learn more about the signs of human trafficking and share the National Human Trafficking Hotline (1-888-373-7888) — an important resource to report a tip or ask for help. Together, we can combat human trafficking and its cruel consequences — creating a safer, freer, and more just world for everyone.670
A safer, freer, and more just world is what America stood for before this president took over, took away our nation’s sovereignty, and imposed his no border policy. Now we are a human trafficking hub and an enormous source of profit for cartels. If anyone deserves to be turned in to the human tracking hotline, it’s Joe Biden.
Republicans take over the House in four days. They have an absurd number of investigations to get started, but if they do nothing else they should make good on Biden’s promise to end the morally reprehensible crime that his policies encourage and make too profitable for evil cartels to resist:
During National Human Trafficking Prevention Month, we reaffirm our commitment to ending this inhumane and immoral practice in all its forms. And as we bring perpetrators to justice, we renew our pledge to help survivors recover and rebuild their lives.671
If the new House wants to hold our government’s perpetrators accountable, they should start by impeaching DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. I suspect the Big Guy will be busy hatching a strategy to deal with more pressing questions that, unlike the border, he will consider of the utmost importance.
UPDATE January 5, 2023:
President Biden went overboard trying to use the border to destroy America. Why should we believe anything he says about a new plan that sounds like a scam?
President Biden decided what to do about the border long ago. That’s why it is raging out of control. We were offered a choice between an invasion of illegals, American deaths from crime and fentanyl, terrorism, and giving in to the president’s demand for mass amnesty that would lure even more illegals to America. Republicans refused to comply, so the president turned his back. The invading hordes increased, migrants died on both sides of the border, and Americans were murdered by fentanyl.
When asked about the Biden border crisis during her first press conference of 2023, Karine Jean-Pierre reaffirmed that amnesty legislation was the plan:
To truly fix our broken immigration system, though, we need Congress to act. We saw the President, on his first day in office, put forth a comprehensive immigration policy — legislation — and that — he did that to show how important this was, how much of a priority this was for him.672
Whether from trepidation over what a GOP House means for his legacy or fear that this catastrophe will impact his 2024 reelection chances, today the president hatched a plan for:
new enforcement measures to increase security at the border and reduce the number of individuals crossing unlawfully between ports of entry.673
Don’t get excited. It’s not what it sounds like. Reducing illegal entry means making it easier for migrants to come here legally. It does nothing to round up and deport those we let in.
While Republicans made fools of themselves trying to agree on a speaker, the White House turned proactive and went on the attack:
Unlike some Republican officials playing political games and obstructing real solutions to fix our broken immigration system, President Biden has a plan and is taking action.674
The administration’s border plan is a play on words. First, Biden threatens “expedited removal” as a sop to those of us who oppose unrestricted entry:
Effective immediately, individuals who attempt to enter the United States without permission, do not have a legal basis to remain, and cannot be expelled pursuant to Title 42 will be increasingly subject to expedited removal to their country of origin and subject to a five-year ban on reentry.675
I don’t know what “increasingly subject to” means or why anyone should think that illegal reentry will be any less prevalent than it is now. Besides, does anyone believe this progressive president will deport illegals en masse for complying with his new policies?
If the president was serious, he’d make this applicable in the here and now and start removing the gotaways he let in. He’s not serious, though. Biden wants to expand legal avenues to legitimize illegals. To that end, he announced “New Measures to Encourage Individuals to Seek Orderly and Lawful Pathways to Migration:”
The Biden-Harris Administration and its international partners in the region are also announcing new and expanded legal pathways to the United States and other countries that individuals can and should use to avoid consequences for crossing the border unlawfully.676
Consequences? To date, consequences mean a cell phone and a bus ticket, medical care and a place to stay.
Biden assigned a number to the refugees he plans to welcome, though the number seems deceptively small given the mass influx he encouraged:
The Biden-Harris Administration intends to welcome up to 20,000 refugees from Latin American and Caribbean countries during Fiscal Years 2023 and 2024, putting the United States on pace to more than triple refugee admissions from the Western Hemisphere this Fiscal Year alone.677
Mind you these are refugees, not illegals. The illegals and phony asylum seekers who are already here don’t count. Instead of removing them, Biden plans to spend more money on migrant care and feeding:
The Biden-Harris Administration is increasing funding available to border cities and those cities receiving an influx of migrants, in addition to strengthening ongoing coordination and collaboration across all levels of government.678
Expedited asylum into the U.S. is another goal:
DHS and DOJ are surging asylum officers and immigration judges to review asylum cases at the border more quickly – with the aim of reducing initial processing times from months to days.679
It’s not about stopping the flow. It’s about controlling the influx:
DHS and the Department of Justice today are announcing their intent to propose a new regulation that would encourage individuals to seek orderly and lawful pathways to migration and reduce overcrowding along the southwest border and the strain on the immigration system.680
This new plan to work with Mexico so asylum seekers from Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Haiti can apply outside of the U.S. on their cell phones relies on cooperation from our corrupt southern neighbor and the cartels who now control our border, the U.S. Border Patrol receiving permission from the White House to turn away migrants, and U.S. asylum processors following through and saying no to claims that have no merit. These are a lot of hoops to jump through and they don’t address the most important question of all:
When are we going to deport the illegals Biden let in?
No one says. What they do say is that approved asylum claims under the new system means authorization to work in the U.S.681
Karine Jean-Pierre sums up:
But at the same time, we’re advancing our preparations, as I’ve mentioned, to manage the border in a secure, orderly, and humane way when Title 42 eventually lifts. And we’ll continue expanding legal pathways for immigration.682
At the end of the day it’s still amnesty or else, which is where we left off on Day One:
The Biden-Harris Administration will do everything within its authority and available resources to manage this challenge, but until and unless Congress delivers the funding as well as comprehensive immigration reform measures President Biden requested, the United States’ broken immigration system will indeed remain broken.683
Ultimately, the consequences of Biden’s willful, self-inflicted border crisis will be hung on hapless congressional Republicans who talk a big game and at this moment are in the process of proving they are not up to the task of governing anything, much less fighting back against Biden, White House bureaucrats, and a Democrat Party machine determined to keep their destructive, anti-American immigration agenda in motion for as long as possible.
What we heard today sounds hopeful until you read between the lines. Given the Biden administration’s refusal to deal with this crisis the president created, we have absolutely no reason to believe the White House will reverse course and try to protect our border. Remember, enforcement will come from the same DHS Secretary who repeatedly lied to us about a secure border.
How did that work out for America?
UPDATE January 10, 2023:
Mayorkas sells out Biden, Sullivan confuses humane migration with an illegal immigrant cattle drive, and the president’s Great Replacement trades the U.S. government for cartel smugglers.
According to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, President Biden was briefed at least 15 times about what was going on at our southwest border:
I have been down to the border now, certainly, more than a dozen times. I don’t know if it’s 15, 17, or what have you, and, certainly, have reported back to him with respect to what I have seen and what — how we are responding to what I have seen.684
If Mayorkas is telling the truth – and that’s a pretty big if – then Biden knew exactly what was going on at the border and decided not to do anything about it. Is he fearful that what he’s done to destroy America might hurt his reelection campaign? Considering how outrageous this illegal immigrant invasion has become, this makes perfect sense.
We know from the uproar over the White House’s Border Patrol whipping hoax and the administration’s false accusations levied at agents trying to defend our country that Biden saw the images of the national security and humanitarian catastrophes he created. He spread the preferred narrative instead.
So Mayorkas confirmed the truth whether or not he intended to. He also betrayed the president’s Great Replacement goals, in part to hand American jobs to migrants:
So, the — the labor shortage in the United States is one powerful example of how desperately we need to fix our broken immigration system.685
The numbers underlying the White House migrant employment scheme are staggering:
You know, we look to the north. And Canada — and Canada realized that it has a 1-million-person labor shortage there, and they are bringing in approximately 1.4 million migrants this year to address that labor shortage.686
The president keeps talking about good-paying, Green New Deal jobs available at some time in the dimly realized future. If his plan is to reserve these jobs for Americans and use migrants for the cheap, unskilled labor they are qualified for, then this is xenophobic in the extreme. On the other hand, if he plans to share these alleged high-paying jobs with the foreign nationals he lured to our country, then his newest replacement strategy is outrageously anti-American. Take your pick. Both attest to his determination to destroy our country.
Biden treat migrants like cattle and he knows it.
The White House tried hard to portray the president’s staged visit to the border as anything but the phony press and photo-op we knew it was from the start. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan spewed absolute nonsense about the vision behind Biden’s refusal to protect our border:
And, you know, this President’s commitment to supporting the basic dignity of migrants to have a humane migration policy that treats each and every one of them as a human being, I think, has been well-proven over the course of the past two years.687
Has Sullivan lost his mind? Does he really believe that dead migrants, rape trees, and people herded like cattle waiting for their chance at the American Dream define humane policy and dignity?
The past two years was about cramming as many foreign nationals into the U.S. as possible so Democrats can turn them into voting citizens and cheap labor for their unions. Biden didn’t care that they were entering illegally until 2024 drew closer and he began to fear the fallout.
This destructive White House charade is worthy of extreme sanction by the American people and political leaders who care about our country but don’t have the congressional or cabinet-level might to put a stop to what the president is doing. In lieu of that sanction and thanks to the North American Leaders’ Summit, we got a disturbing preview of what’s to come as part of a list of deliverables agreed to by Biden, fellow autocrat Justin Trudeau, and Mexico’s radical Lopez Obrador:
Countering xenophobia and discrimination against migrants and refugees by promoting balanced public narratives on migrants and refugees to support their meaningful inclusion in the region.688
Biden made smuggling people and deadly drugs enormously profitable for Mexico’s criminal cartels. Now, he naively suggests that our government will simply step in and take their place in the name of “meaningful inclusion” despite every indication that these criminal organizations are at least as powerful as the Mexican government’s security and defense forces.
The summit leaders don’t say what “countering xenophobia and discrimination” mean. I think it’s safe to assume this will be a put up and shut scenario complete with censorship of any dissenting voices or genuine news coverage about what the White House is up to. The groundwork already exists, thanks to COVID-19 and the Hunter Biden laptop story, so this will be a no brainer for the White House, big tech, and the complicit sycophants in their media. With a little help from Trudeau, Biden’s autocratic inclinations just might flourish on a level we can’t even imagine just yet.

That’s a perplexing question, Stephen. If the left is sincere about climate change a nuclear war isn’t going to solve their problem, but it seems that’s the direction the administration has chosen even if Biden doesn’t realize it.
As you point out, it seems the endgame really is to break our country socially, morally, and economically. As long as Democrats stay entrenched in power – and I don’t believe the midterms are secure or a slam dunk by any means – the damage won’t impact them. They will get richer and more powerful while the American people’s lives are decimated. After a time the people will thank the government for anything it permits, anything it offers, anything it lets us keep for ourselves. If history has a precedent, it’s every country that decided a socialist economy and authoritarian government was a good idea.

When people can’t afford to leave their homes to work, find empty shelves at the grocery store, and are left sweating in the summer heat because of rolling blackouts, they will accept any relief the government offers because they don’t have a choice. Nothing that is hurting us is by accident.
I agree their progressive, socialist/communist ideology is driven by their destructive tactics to deconstruct everything this country is founded on and that they are succeeding with executive orders and policies that are destroying the US (open borders, anti-law and order, killing the economy, allowing China to buy all the farm land, etc.). That’s a great question, PJ. They have to be smart enough to not completely destroy the economy so there is still enough of a tax base to fund their socialist handouts. Democrats don’t seem to worry about debt or the long-range consequences of what they are doing, so this doesn’t seem to be something that concerns them yet. If you took a survey and asked them how the government is funded, I wonder what their answers would be?

I’m not sure which allegations you are referring to, Gilbert, but Russian collusion was a Clinton campaign hoax and the Ukraine phone call charges didn’t pan out, either. The Hunter Biden issue is completely different. There is alleged hard evidence on a laptop in the FBI’s possession that was covered up by the media before the 2020 Election. Worse, the president’s statement that he knew nothing about his son’s business dealings have proved false. That’s the difference.

When Biden accused Republicans of semi-fascism he emphasized the battle lines and now, a year later we have four indictments against Trump to prevent him from running instead of letting voters make the decision at the ballot box.
