President Biden warns we will go backwards after EPA ruling if we don’t continue to destroy America.
When you are hell bent on destroying America and your goal is within reach it must be unbelievably frustrating to have a pesky Supreme Court decision stand in your way. That’s what happened to Joe Biden today when SCOTUS justices said no to his EPA power grab.
In his statement after the ruling was announced, Biden promised to hunker down with his “legal team” to circumvent the Supreme Court’s decision in West Virginia vs. EPA. This is what happens when Americans elect an autocrat obsessed with wielding absolute power on behalf of the half-bright, left wing radical whack jobs who issue his marching orders and choreograph his every public move and gesture on a handy cheat sheet.
We’ve known from Day One that the president doesn’t care about the rule of law, American values, our constitutional freedoms, or any other societal bulwarks that make our nation unique and the envy of the world. None of these things matter when he can replace them with something as terrifying as an “existential threat” that science predicts will take a lot longer to destroy us than Joe Biden.
After the decision that his EPA can’t exercise the same tyrannical rule over America’s power plants that the president wields over the American people, the White House warned:
The Supreme Court’s ruling in West Virginia vs. EPA is another devastating decision that aims to take our country backwards.418
Backwards from where we are now?
We can only guess what the ideologues who write this garbage for Biden mean by “devastating.” High gas prices, high food prices and a threatened shortage, high crime, unregulated illegal immigration, high inflation, embarrassing foreign policy defeats and a historic catastrophe in Afghanistan, a bottomless pit in Ukraine, an aggressive push to murder as many unborn Americans as possible, and practically everything else we are suffering are proof that this president is rapidly destroying our greatness and taking us so far backwards that we might never recover.
Apparently, none of these devastating problems qualify as truly devastating to a man who by all appearances doesn’t care about the myriad things he has done to destroy us. Dealing with his neo-Nietzschean existential threat comes first:
We cannot and will not ignore the danger to public health and existential threat the climate crisis poses. The science confirms what we all see with our own eyes – the wildfires, droughts, extreme heat, and intense storms are endangering our lives and livelihoods.419
Lives and livelihoods? Economics is also science of a sort, or at least it was until Janet Yellen got her hands on it. It informs us that Biden is an existential threat to America’s survival. Our great country has fallen so far off its throne that we ran out of formula to feed the babies that escaped the Democrat Party’s abortion mills. Biden policies threaten our lives and livelihoods in the here and now, which makes his threat of a climate change apocalypse all but irrelevant.
Instead of hope for an exit from all the problems he’s created, Americans got the same tired line about how life addressing climate change will be a veritable goldmine for the nation:
Together, we will tackle environmental injustice, create good-paying jobs, and lower costs for families building the clean energy economy.420
Biden didn’t mention that first we have to destroy the economy and the American people along with it, but he didn’t really need to. All we have to do is look around and see the proof with our own eyes.

Biden uses the Fourth to remind us what made America so great before he took over.
Does Joe Biden have such a low opinion of Americans, does he think we are so ignorant, so naïve, so uninformed that we can’t see what he’s done to our country, or are we nonessential bystanders to the economic and ideological destruction embraced by his administration? These are the only conclusions we can draw from the tone deaf remarks he made yesterday to military families celebrating the Fourth of July at the White House.
The president began with an Independence Day nod to our founding:
And while the events of 1776 were remote in time, their meaning is real, vivid, and continually unfolding.421
The problem, of course, is that we’re not unfolding. We’re not moving forward. We’re imploding and Biden is responsible without accepting any responsibility. The uniquely American values he talked about are disappearing fast:
But we’ve never failed because we have never walked away from the core beliefs and promises that define this nation. Chief among those promises is the proposition that we are all created equal.422
This was absolutely true before the Biden presidency. Now equity takes the place of all Americans being equal. This is a fundamental driver of White House policy and yet he persists:
The only country based on an idea — not geography, not religion, not ethnicity, but an idea. We’re all created equal.423
One of Joe Biden’s biggest problems is his utter disregard for this core American value. Identity politics and equity replaced equality the moment he took office. How else do you explain nominating a Supreme Court Justice on the basis of her skin color, allowing race to be one of the criteria that determines how lifesaving COVID treatments are distributed, or using the threat of Homeland Security to intimidate parents who object to teaching their kids that America is fundamentally racist?
When equity is loudly and publicly abused it drives people apart. Equality brings people together. So does “We the people.” Joe Biden’s handlers should forbid him to use that phrase. It is diametrically opposed to everything his policy agenda represents:
And this day reminds us of what brought us together long ago, what binds us still, and at our best, what we strive for. It’s “We the people.” Not a hollow phrase in America.424
Hollow and empty? If we the people still exist it’s not because of anything the president has done. Unity is anathema to the White House. Our great unifying president may be the greatest divider in American history. Instead of Americans we are black, brown, Asian, gay, transgender, or god forbid white. We are valuable or detrimental because of the identities the Biden administration uses to drive us apart even if that means creating victims at the expense of unity.
The loss of we the people is perhaps the greatest tragedy of the 18-month old Biden presidency. A close second is the loss of optimism about America’s future. The only one who seems encouraged is the man who most imperils our destiny:
It’s because of you I’ve never been more optimistic about America than I am today. An optimism that digs deep and never gives up — that’s America. That’s America.425
Thanks to Joe Biden we don’t even have a border. The lives of good, hard-working people are being intentionally and systematically threatened and destroyed to make way for the left’s vision for a liberal, socialist America ripe and ready to be exploited by elites like Biden. If the president has never been more optimistic, he is so far removed from the life in America that most of know and love that he hardly deserves an opinion. Nevertheless, we’ll allow him that. This is America, after all.

Biden discards democracy, invokes autocracy to protect his party’s abortion mills.
It wasn’t enough for Democrats to undermine the legitimacy of the Supreme Court so they could hold all the cards in Washington. They are inveterate liars and to that end weep and moan about January 6 and the alleged attack on our democracy while goading their barely functioning president to go full-on autocrat with today’s executive order to secure what they hypocritically call “reproductive health care services.”
To add a little more hypocrisy to Biden’s autocracy, the order calls for HHS to protect “family planning services.” The question is whether Biden’s protection will include the health care facilities not providing abortions that were attacked and even firebombed by pro-abortion domestic terrorists, or whether they will be conveniently ignored as an example of what happens to those who don’t adopt the Democrat Party’s abortion on demand orthodoxy.
Biden refuses to protect Supreme Court justices from the “heightened risk”426 urged by inflammatory, pro-abortion propaganda, but have no fear. Abortion providers are deemed worthy of protection:
The Administration will ensure the safety of patients, providers, and third parties, and to protect the security of other entities that are providing, dispensing, or delivering reproductive health care services. This charge includes efforts to protect mobile clinics, which have been deployed to borders to offer care for out-of-state patients.427
There is a lot more in the White House order than protecting Democrats’ abortion mills. Taxpayers will spend to get the pro-abortion message out:
HHS will increase outreach and public education efforts regarding access to reproductive health care services—including abortion—to ensure that Americans have access to reliable and accurate information about their rights and access to care.428
The president’s impossibly long order rambles on and on. Tempers will flare and the action will be challenged in the courts. The message that counts has nothing to do with abortion and everything to do with the simple truth that Biden is an autocrat and the Democrat Party hates democracy as evidenced by their refusal to accept the Dobbs decision. Remember this every time you hear one of these hypocritical hacks shed a tear for the demise of democracy in America because their demands aren’t met. This is about power, control, and the absolute destruction of the voice of the people and institutions like the Supreme Court designed by the Founders to protect us from autocrats like Joe Biden and his Democrat Party enablers.

The incident that proves nothing will stop Joe Biden from destroying America’s sovereign border.
Last week was a very bad week for President Biden, though his glaring lack of insight probably kept him from realizing it or understanding why Americans still aren’t applauding his every word and deed. His attacks on the Supreme Court could just as well have been levied against his presidency:
The truth is today’s Supreme Court majority that is playing fast and loose with the facts.429
That’s a shockingly hypocritical accusation from a president who fails to demonstrate even a passing acquaintance with the truth. Biden despises the American people to such a degree that he doesn’t even make a simple, well-intentioned effort to tell believable lies. Most of us rejected this one out of hand even before the fact checkers weighed in:
Look, the point is this: Under my plan for the economy, we’ve made extraordinary progress. And we put America in a position to tackle the wor- — worldwide problem that’s worse everywhere but here: inflation. It’s sapping the strength of a lot of families.430
This widely debunked claim typifies the lies we’ve been subjected to for 18 terrible months. This was not an accident or a slip of the tongue. This is how Joe Biden communicates with the American people. The only trust we have in anything the president or White House officials say is that if we bet what we’re hearing is a lie, we’ll probably be right.
It is true that Biden has made extraordinary progress since Donald Trump left office. In particular, he destroyed the booming economy dropped in his lap. He also immediately dismantled our sovereign national boundary with Mexico to create a humanitarian, security, and public safety crisis of historic proportions.
Biden’s worst lie yet is just another excuse to deny Americans our sovereign border.
Possibly the worst, most offensive Joe Biden lie caught up with the president this week. After the media, Democrats, and the White House spread anti-border enforcement propaganda that Customs and Border Protection agents were whipping Haitian migrants, no one was held publicly accountable for the obvious lies.
Jenn Psaki and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas did Biden’s dirty work. Their September 24, 2021 joint press appearance included a built-in excuse for the rush to judgment and massive fraud perpetrated on the American people by repeatedly referring to images that played into the left’s narrative instead of verified facts:
In the midst of meeting these challenges, we — our entire nation — saw horrifying images that do not reflect who we are, who we aspire to be, or the integrity and values of our truly heroic personnel in the Department of Homeland Security.431
and
The investigation into what occurred has not yet concluded. We know that those images painfully conjured up the worst elements of our nation’s ongoing battle against systemic racism. 432
and
The actions that are taken as a — are as a result of the — what we have seen in those images.433
and
We have been swift and thorough in our response. First, we immediately contacted the Office of Inspector General and launched an investigation into the events that were captured in the disturbing images of horse patrol units.434
Biden claimed the pictures “do not depict our American values,” which is laughable considering his administration won’t even allow America to have a border and national sovereignty is a fundamental value for every nation.
The president also promised that the guilty would be punished. Biden is stubbornly loyal to his lies (or those placed in his mouth by better liars than the president). Customs and Border Protection started the tedious bureaucratic process of making good on that promise this week after the agency released its “Del Rio Horse Patrol Unit Investigation Report.” Among the tedious recital of findings:
Several Agents were found to have behaved in a manner not in keeping with the professional standards of conduct expected of federal law enforcement personnel. In those cases, disciplinary review processes are underway.435
Notably, the investigation found fault with the agents for doing the job taxpayers pay for:
Several mounted Border Patrol Agents used force or the threat of force to drive several migrants back into the Rio Grande River, despite the fact the migrants were well within the territorial boundary of the United States.436
That’s an enlightening statement. The migrants had already invaded our territory illegally and yet the agents were found at fault for trying to drive them out even though they had trespassed our sovereign border.
The truth is that under Joe Biden the role of the Border Patrol is reduced to performing caregiving and nursing duties:
The event under investigation occurred during an unprecedented surge in migration in one location by the international bridge in Del Rio on September 19, 2021. Over the course of several days, U.S. Border Patrol Agents processed, screened, and vetted more than 30,000 migrants by the international bridge. Agents worked with officials from other federal agencies and non-profit organizations to provide food, hygiene supplies, COVID-19 testing, and medical care to address the humanitarian needs of those attempting to migrate, many of whom included families with young children. The Border Patrol faced extraordinary challenges in responding to the larger situation in Del Rio.437
Despite “unprecedented” and “extraordinary challenges” in this sector, agents who tried to defend the U.S. from invasion by illegal foreign nationals now await disciplinary action after being lied about in the media, by members of Congress and most important, by America’s president.
This is a watershed moment for the Biden administration. There is no turning back, not that the president has any intention of doing that. The lies, disinformation, and defamatory statements about border patrol agents who did their job to protect America despite Biden and DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ best efforts to stop them is an unforgivable breach of the public trust.
We need look no further for proof that Biden’s intention from Day One has been to destroy our border and deny Americans our right to a sovereign nation. The president promised he would make CBP agents defending our sovereignty pay for a lie. We can only hope that Americans with a stronger regard for American values and simple ethics and decency will hold it against him. Border Patrol agents who defend America from the administration’s invasion of illegals are heroes. History will regard them as such. Our destructive, anti-American president will not enjoy the same legacy.

You are absolutely right, Sherri. Biden’s domestic policy disasters were bad enough, but now we have to worry about nuclear war for the first time in how many decades? We went from strong leadership to no leadership. Biden’s threats are hollow and meaningless and our adversaries know it. God only knows what he’ll come up with in Europe this week. That’s a perplexing question, Stephen. If the left is sincere about climate change a nuclear war isn’t going to solve their problem, but it seems that’s the direction the administration has chosen even if Biden doesn’t realize it.
As you point out, it seems the endgame really is to break our country socially, morally, and economically. As long as Democrats stay entrenched in power – and I don’t believe the midterms are secure or a slam dunk by any means – the damage won’t impact them. They will get richer and more powerful while the American people’s lives are decimated. After a time the people will thank the government for anything it permits, anything it offers, anything it lets us keep for ourselves. If history has a precedent, it’s every country that decided a socialist economy and authoritarian government was a good idea.

Desperate people will accept whatever they are offered. When people can’t afford to leave their homes to work, find empty shelves at the grocery store, and are left sweating in the summer heat because of rolling blackouts, they will accept any relief the government offers because they don’t have a choice. Nothing that is hurting us is by accident.
I agree their progressive, socialist/communist ideology is driven by their destructive tactics to deconstruct everything this country is founded on and that they are succeeding with executive orders and policies that are destroying the US (open borders, anti-law and order, killing the economy, allowing China to buy all the farm land, etc.). But in the long run, with their goal for the majority of Americans and the millions of illegal immigrants being driven in to poverty and dependent on the government as the president along with those in power create a caste system and one party state, what is their plan for funding their socialist/communist regime? How is it they can get away with so easily violating the Constitution and laws of the land?
That’s a great question, PJ. They have to be smart enough to not completely destroy the economy so there is still enough of a tax base to fund their socialist handouts. Democrats don’t seem to worry about debt or the long-range consequences of what they are doing, so this doesn’t seem to be something that concerns them yet. If you took a survey and asked them how the government is funded, I wonder what their answers would be?
I suppose if you are in power and have every federal agency under your control you can do whatever you want, especially when your opposition doesn’t have the spine for the kind of all-out partisan warfare and massive propaganda campaigns that Democrats are so good at. When an institution, policy, or person offends them, they destroy it. Even the Supreme Court is a target and the Constitution was throw on the trash heap long ago.

Ok initially trump pushed for an investigation into Hillary Clinton an right wing media was OK with that but when the tables were turned after trump one the general election he impeded the the investigation into allegations of his possible wrong doing. I’m not sure which allegations you are referring to, Gilbert, but Russian collusion was a Clinton campaign hoax and the Ukraine phone call charges didn’t pan out, either. The Hunter Biden issue is completely different. There is alleged hard evidence on a laptop in the FBI’s possession that was covered up by the media before the 2020 Election. Worse, the president’s statement that he knew nothing about his son’s business dealings have proved false. That’s the difference.

Exactly right. Trump put America and Americans first. Biden and his party are owned by radical activists who put themselves first and could care less about what it does to our country. I can agree to that, Kevin and yes, politics has turned into an us vs. them argument. When Biden accused Republicans of semi-fascism he emphasized the battle lines and now, a year later we have four indictments against Trump to prevent him from running instead of letting voters make the decision at the ballot box.
I would never argue that Trump was a perfect president or the perfect conservatoire candidate, but at this point I don’t see anyone else in the field of GOP candidates who can defeat Biden and Democrats know it. If Biden wins another four years – and I don’t agree with those who say he will not run – and Democrats take back the House, we are finished.
