Gas from Russia and baby formula from Australia: Biden sees growing success of his plan to destroy American independence.
For all the negativity we’re hearing about Joe Biden we can’t fault him for failing to launch a successful campaign to destroy American independence. We’re importing baby formula from the other side of the globe because he failed to see another crisis that was predictable months ago. Yesterday, despite ceaseless responsibility-dodging White House propaganda about Putin’s Price Hike the president suggested that it might be okay to buy Russian oil:
The same with gasoline. You have the — the issue that is occurring now is you have Europe deciding that they’re going to further curtail the purchase of Russian oil, and there’s a whole lot of consideration going on about what can be done to maybe even purchase the oil but at a limited price so that it has to be sold. There’d be an overwhelming need for the Russians to sell it, and it would be sold at a significantly lower price than the market is generating now.369
Did he clear that remark with his caregivers?
This stinks of desperation from a feckless, incompetent administration that still claims ignorance about how to fix the gas prices Biden immediately took actions to raise when he put us on an “aggressive,”370 no turning back clean energy path during his boastful first days in the Oval Office:
President Biden set ambitious goals that will ensure America and the world can meet the urgent demands of the climate crisis, while empowering American workers and businesses to lead a clean energy revolution that achieves a carbon pollution-free power sector by 2035 and puts the United States on an irreversible path to a net-zero economy by 2050.371
While the president signed his clean energy orders, National Climate Advisor Gina McCarthy promised the opposite of what Americans are forced to suffer now:
The [clean energy] solutions compete effectively against fossil fuels.
We are talking about solutions that we’re not asking anybody to sacrifice, but are to their advantage. And if you look at the record over the past four years, while the prior administration might have wanted energy — clean energy to head in a different direction, it’s gone faster and farther than anyone ever expected.372
Thanks to these Biden solutions that won’t ask anyone to sacrifice anything, Americans can’t afford gas and face shortages and price hikes for everything that we rely on our abundant fossil fuel resources to provide, including a reliable electrical grid that is already threatened at the beginning of summer.
People are hurting and as the situation gets worse Biden claims there is absolutely nothing he can do to fix the abundant damage he caused:
There’s a lot going on right now, but the idea we’re going to be able to, you know, click a switch, bring down the cost of gasoline, is not likely in the near term, not is it with regard to food.373
The president is a quintessential Democrat, albeit leaning to the radical fringe side of the equation, so the solution to gas prices nonsensically has something to do with taxing greedy corporations:
But we can compensate by providing for other necessary costs for families by bringing those down. That reduces the inflation for that family. And we can do that — we can do that, at the same time, by increasing the tax rate that should go up on some corporations that are paying no taxes at all — have a mini- — pay a minimum tax — and the very wealthy. No one under 400 grand would have to pay another single penny in taxes, but it would not be inflationary. It would help pay for — it’d reduce the deficit even further, and it would provide relief for families.374
This stinks of more desperation and a complete, total failure of leadership from this fraud of a president whose negligence forces us to arrange emergency flights of foreign infant formula:
In addition to getting Bubs formula [Australia] through the process, on Friday, the FDA announced that — that Kendal Nutricare would be able to import formula from the UK.375
Biden couldn’t help but pat himself on the back despite all evidence that his credit-taking is entirely false and undeserved:
So, since February, my administration has been working diligently across to — every spectrum we could find to address this shortage and to bring more infant formula into the country and onto shelves.376
We can’t credit this president with very much if anything at all, but the breakdown of the mission critical bulwarks of America’s economy and the society that rests upon them is well underway.
Congratulations, Mr. President. For all the failures you are blamed for, your efforts to destroy America are achieving historic success.

Does it hurt yet? After destroying American energy independence Biden drives his climate message home by hurting every American not wealthy enough to survive his phony clean energy economy.
While you pumped gas you couldn’t afford this morning and decided that skipping lunch would make up part of the cost, the Biden administration was boasting the president’s hard work on behalf of climate activists:
While President Biden continues pushing Congress to pass clean energy investments and tax cuts, he is taking bold action to rapidly build on this progress and create a bridge to this American-made clean energy future.377
Part of that American-made energy future involves today’s announcement that we’re invoking the Defense Production Act to import Solar Cells and Modules from Southeast Asia.378 We’ll get to that in a moment.
Biden wants you to know that there are consequences to not taking action to kick-start clean energy:
Failing to take these actions would deny consumers access to cost-cutting clean energy options, add risks to our power grid, and stall domestic clean energy construction projects that are critical to tackling the climate crisis.379
Since we’re already denied the cost-cutting benefits of energy independence and are warned about rolling blackouts in this summer’s heat, does it make a difference that we’re denied “clean energy options” that don’t exist yet, too?
Today the White House also notified us that the Defense Production Act of 1950 is being implemented for insulation, electric heat pumps, power grid components, solar modules, fuel cells, and those solar cells and modules that aren’t coming from American manufacturers.
Whether this is more than just words remains to be seen, but this sounds like quite a bounty for the climate fringe. When the FDA shut down a mission critical infant formula plant in February and supplies began to dry up what did parents hear from Biden? Crickets, until it became a catastrophe. If babies could eat solar cells his administration would have been all over it.
If the president had a moment of clarity this morning over his poll numbers the response from his communications staff is not what his angry public is looking for:
Since President Biden took office, the private sector has committed over $100 billion in new private capital to make electric vehicles and batteries in the United States. We have made historic investments in clean hydrogen, nuclear, and other cutting-edge technologies. And companies are investing billions more to grow a new domestic offshore wind industry.380
Instead of action on gas prices we got a preview of a 2024 campaign issue assuming we’re not all broke, stranded, starving, in the dark, and unable to vote by then:
We are also now on track to triple domestic solar manufacturing capacity by 2024.381
If the next generation Tesla runs on sun power, I haven’t heard about it yet.
At least the White House got one thing right:
The stakes could not be higher.382
But the conclusion was all wrong unless you’re an activist Democrat Party donor:
That is why President Biden also continues to urge Congress to quickly pass tax cuts and additional investments that advance U.S. clean energy manufacturing and deployment.383
It would be a lot easier if the Biden White House would just tell the truth about his real energy policy:
The president is going to hurt you until you do what he says, buy an electric car, and put solar panels on your roof. If you can’t afford it, that’s your problem. Enjoy the pain because there’s a lot more to come and no one in the White House gives a s***.

The Root Cause of Illegal Migration is Biden and It’s Too Late to Stop Him.
When Joe Biden tapped Kamala Harris to be in charge of our southern border we knew something was very wrong. Harris hasn’t demonstrated that she’s capable of doing anything except mouthing unintelligible gibberish and cackling, smirking, and laughing to cover for the fact that no matter what she does, she’s in way over her head. If you hired her to wash your kitchen floor, it would never get done.
Harris still confused why migrants won’t stop coming.
Seventeen months after the Biden-Harris administration got its hands on Donald Trump’s secure border our vice president is still puzzling over why the endless flow of migrants keeps coming. Yesterday she launched the “In Her Hands” initiative to “empower, protect, and train women in Northern Central America.” She babbled about the Root Causes of Migration:
These are the guiding principles that inform our administration’s Root Causes Strategy and our engagement with our neighbors — with our neighbors — in the Western Hemisphere — a hemisphere, a region which is more interconnected and more independent than ever before.384
Despite Harris’ dimwitted confusion, the rest of us figured out the Root Cause of Migration on January 20, 2021: Joe Biden and his progressive determination to destroy every great thing about America he could get his hands on. The southern border was a no-brainer. The president terminated our southern border wall, the simplest, most effective way to deal with illegal entry and send the message that America has a border, on his very first day.
No border means no America.
Even for Kamala Harris the definition of country is pretty simple and straightforward. Being a country requires some sort of border, a boundary to define where a nation’s territory starts and ends. If you don’t have a border you don’t have a country. You’re just a piece of land ripe for exploitation by any invader that comes your way.
This is precisely what Biden and Democrat Party progressives want to complement their efforts to destroy America from within. Everything from gas prices that Americans can’t afford to liberal District Attorneys like just ousted San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin speak to the internal rot that is critical to achieving the progressive mission of ending America greatness and handing our nation’s riches to liberal ruling elites.
While Democrats stage a distracting prime time celebration of their hatred for Donald Trump tomorrow night, external rot imported from Central America is approaching our former border with Mexico. As reported by the New York Post,385 a caravan of as many as 15,000 migrants is on the way.
We have every expectation that the Biden administration will ensure as many of these migrants as possible are admitted so their needs, wants, and crimes can become the problem of American taxpayers the president punishes daily with domestic policies designed to destroy us.
On June 6, 2022 six House members sent a letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas warning of a projected “18,000 daily encounters” if the Biden administration gets what it wants and terminates Title 42, our last line of defense against being overrun with illegals. This is an astounding number, more illegals every single day than the 15,000 migrant caravan we are fretting over now.
Meanwhile, DHS Secretary Mayorkas released a National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin yesterday that warned about our “heightened threat environment:”
Threat actors have recently mobilized to violence due to factors such as personal grievances, reactions to current events, and adherence to violent extremist ideologies, including racially or ethnically motivated or anti-government/anti-authority violent extremism.386
The threat warning expires after the midterms on November 30, 2022. While our government sows fear to turn American against American based on ethnicity and political affiliation, historic numbers of foreign invaders will be lured here and admitted by a president who will fulfill his goal to destroy America with one simple policy because he knows if America doesn’t have a border, America no longer exists.

How many elderly Americans will Biden’s clean energy economy kill this summer?
The progressive disintegration of America’s economy and growing threats to simple, everyday things we rely on like food and fuel is not happening by accident. It’s the Biden administration’s goal to hurt us until we comply with its climate change imperatives, even though for most Americans compliance is impossible.
This morning the White House released a fact sheet announcing a national network of chargers for electric cars387 most Americans can’t afford. In fact, with Biden economy inflation and skyrocketing prices the goal of having our very own expensive electric vehicle is farther away than ever.
The White House issued yet another fact sheet to accompany its big news about charging stations. Climate change in the Americas is what we’re supposed to worry about:
Our hemisphere is facing the devastating impacts and costs of climate change. We must tackle the climate crisis and harness the opportunity for countries in the region to create good-paying jobs, grow clean energy economies, and build resilient communities.388
To that end, Biden announced plans for “mobilizing climate finance.”389 Progressives running the White House are either so divorced from reality or have so little understanding of how real world economics works that they forget the most important thing about mobilizing resources: money.
The president is succeeding beyond all expectations at destroying America’s economy piece by piece. How bad does it have to get for Biden to be satisfied that he’s backed us into a corner and workers making minimum wage will finally agree to go out and buy that Tesla he wants them to drive?
An economy with unaffordable fuel prices, an unstable energy grid that threatens rolling blackouts, food shortages, historic inflation, and a likely recession just around the corner can’t even support its people, much less the kind of spending and initiatives required for progressives’ Clean Energy Economy pipe dream.
How many elderly Americans will Biden’s clean energy economy kill this summer?
The White House can throw out the term “energy security” until the first rolling blackout hits the Midwest this summer and we start to hear reports of elderly Americans dying in the heat. The White House will blame the fossil fuel industry.
Will Americans believe the lie?
Not only has Joe Biden denied energy security to the American people, he has denied us the simple faith in an economy that allows us to feed our families and provide the necessities of civilized life, like lights that turn on at the flip of a switch.
The president is intent on destroying everything that used to make America’s economy the greatest on earth. You are absolutely right, Sherri. Biden’s domestic policy disasters were bad enough, but now we have to worry about nuclear war for the first time in how many decades? We went from strong leadership to no leadership. Biden’s threats are hollow and meaningless and our adversaries know it. God only knows what he’ll come up with in Europe this week. That’s a perplexing question, Stephen. If the left is sincere about climate change a nuclear war isn’t going to solve their problem, but it seems that’s the direction the administration has chosen even if Biden doesn’t realize it.
As you point out, it seems the endgame really is to break our country socially, morally, and economically. As long as Democrats stay entrenched in power – and I don’t believe the midterms are secure or a slam dunk by any means – the damage won’t impact them. They will get richer and more powerful while the American people’s lives are decimated. After a time the people will thank the government for anything it permits, anything it offers, anything it lets us keep for ourselves. If history has a precedent, it’s every country that decided a socialist economy and authoritarian government was a good idea.

Desperate people will accept whatever they are offered. When people can’t afford to leave their homes to work, find empty shelves at the grocery store, and are left sweating in the summer heat because of rolling blackouts, they will accept any relief the government offers because they don’t have a choice. Nothing that is hurting us is by accident.
I agree their progressive, socialist/communist ideology is driven by their destructive tactics to deconstruct everything this country is founded on and that they are succeeding with executive orders and policies that are destroying the US (open borders, anti-law and order, killing the economy, allowing China to buy all the farm land, etc.). But in the long run, with their goal for the majority of Americans and the millions of illegal immigrants being driven in to poverty and dependent on the government as the president along with those in power create a caste system and one party state, what is their plan for funding their socialist/communist regime? How is it they can get away with so easily violating the Constitution and laws of the land?
That’s a great question, PJ. They have to be smart enough to not completely destroy the economy so there is still enough of a tax base to fund their socialist handouts. Democrats don’t seem to worry about debt or the long-range consequences of what they are doing, so this doesn’t seem to be something that concerns them yet. If you took a survey and asked them how the government is funded, I wonder what their answers would be?
I suppose if you are in power and have every federal agency under your control you can do whatever you want, especially when your opposition doesn’t have the spine for the kind of all-out partisan warfare and massive propaganda campaigns that Democrats are so good at. When an institution, policy, or person offends them, they destroy it. Even the Supreme Court is a target and the Constitution was throw on the trash heap long ago.

Ok initially trump pushed for an investigation into Hillary Clinton an right wing media was OK with that but when the tables were turned after trump one the general election he impeded the the investigation into allegations of his possible wrong doing. I’m not sure which allegations you are referring to, Gilbert, but Russian collusion was a Clinton campaign hoax and the Ukraine phone call charges didn’t pan out, either. The Hunter Biden issue is completely different. There is alleged hard evidence on a laptop in the FBI’s possession that was covered up by the media before the 2020 Election. Worse, the president’s statement that he knew nothing about his son’s business dealings have proved false. That’s the difference.

Exactly right. Trump put America and Americans first. Biden and his party are owned by radical activists who put themselves first and could care less about what it does to our country. I can agree to that, Kevin and yes, politics has turned into an us vs. them argument. When Biden accused Republicans of semi-fascism he emphasized the battle lines and now, a year later we have four indictments against Trump to prevent him from running instead of letting voters make the decision at the ballot box.
I would never argue that Trump was a perfect president or the perfect conservatoire candidate, but at this point I don’t see anyone else in the field of GOP candidates who can defeat Biden and Democrats know it. If Biden wins another four years – and I don’t agree with those who say he will not run – and Democrats take back the House, we are finished.
