No one is above the law? Democrats decide they support the rule of law, but they still won’t tell the truth.
The Justice Department’s new strategy to put Joe Biden in the White House for another four years finally gave Democrats a reason to support the rule of law:
No one is above the law – including Donald Trump. This indictment must now play out through the legal process, without any outside political or ideological interference. We encourage Mr. Trump’s supporters and critics alike to let this case proceed peacefully in court.442
The shocking claim that the rule of law still exists under Joe Biden came from Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY). This whopper spread like a Canadian wildfire after Thursday’s announcement of the DOJ’s indictment of Trump. Even Eric Swalwell (D-CA) was emboldened to claim that America still has a fair and impartial system of justice:
Our justice system endures because the rule of law applies to everyone, regardless of their name or position of power.443
He left out “party” and “political affiliation.” This is where the lie is hiding.
Everyone doesn’t include Democrats like Swalwell, who helped spread his party’s Trump-Russia collusion lie:
It’s clear that he and his team have already been affected by their contact with Russia and have instated more pro-Russia policies than America has seen in decades.444
Jeffries also endorsed this Democrat Party hoax that will be enshrined in our history as one of the biggest frauds ever perpetrated against the American people.445
No Democrat was or ever will be held responsible for Trump-Russia. Damage done, Hillary Clinton and those involved with the Steele dossier laughed their way to political obscurity, unscathed and free to create more trouble. Clinton was also spared any consequences for her email server scandal, just like the president will most certainly be held blameless for his own classified documents problem.
The truth, for those who choose to endorse it, is that Democratic rule means no justice, no fairness, no impartiality, no truth, and no rule of law unless the party benefits. Even with a Republican House, the Biden administration’s control of our justice and security agencies means selective application of justice and the rule of law which will most certainly include protecting the president from growing allegations of corruption and foreign influence.
Trump-Russia hoax proponent Jamie Raskin (D-MD) turned to Russia again to sweep the allegations against Biden and his family under the Democrat Party’s protective carpet:
We now know what I had long suspected: that Chairman Comer’s [FD-1023 form] subpoena is about recycling stale and debunked Burisma conspiracy theories long peddled by Rudy Giuliani and a Russian agent, sanctioned by former President Trump’s own Treasury Department, as part of the effort to smear President Biden and help Mr. Trump’s reelection campaign.446
Meanwhile, the party’s mass media spread stories about a criminally indicted Republican frontrunner and potential president who might sport an ankle monitor in the White House.
The Democrat Party’s efforts to destroy Trump while denying or ignoring evidence against their own president are just one symptom of what happens when we discard the rule of law’s commitment to the equal application of justice.
Lawlessness and Democrats’ political agenda are by no means incompatible. Massive illegal immigration and the end of American sovereignty, surging crime, the “peaceful” George Floyd race riots, legalized illegal drugs and local government distribution of the paraphernalia needed to abuse them, liberal prosecutors who selectively enforce the law, and calls for decarceration and defunding local police are just a few examples of what happens when we discard this value that underlies our civil society and prevents America from deteriorating into the left-wing Banana Republic Democrats and the Biden administration are determined to establish.
When you hear a Jeffries or a Schumer or a Swalwell or a Biden make the false claim that “no one is above the law,” what they mean is that America’s system of justice is ruled by Democrat Party law. This is radically different from what our nation has valued since our founding. This is the rule of law they hope will put Trump in prison and guarantee Biden’s reelection. It is not just, it is not fair, it is not impartial, and most important, it is not American.

Facts matter: Democrats lie about the economy because it sounds better than telling you to castrate your kids.
Shyness is not one of the Democrat Party’s faults, so by now what Democrats stand for should be obvious to anyone who doesn’t live in a cave. It’s not as if they try to hide their radical agenda, though prominent voices in the party try to distract us from the truth about what they are really up to. Even though voters gave the House to Republicans, Democrats still think that Americans are stupid enough to believe their lies about GOP plans to destroy the economy:
Today, House Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar and Vice Chair Ted Lieu held a leadership press conference on the economic progress led by the Biden-Harris Administration and House Democrats despite House Republicans’ attempts to force the country to default and cause a job-killing recession.447
This is hyperbole by desperate, half-bright politicians who think Americans are dumber than they are. We are not. Obviously, there is no political advantage for either party to destroying the economy or creating a recession, though state and local Democrat Party officials tried their best by shutting down local economies during the pandemic.
If Republicans want to destroy the economy, they just had their chance. All they had to do was refuse to negotiate the debt ceiling. It didn’t happen because this is just another Democrat Party lie that won’t die.
Jeffries runs his mouth and still doesn’t have anything truthful or intelligent to say
There is nothing to gain except political suicide by destroying Social Security. That simple fact doesn’t deter House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), who ran out of anything intelligent to offer months ago and has devolved into repeating “extreme MAGA” like a demented, left-wing Chatty Cathy doll. Jeffries is still spreading the same false rhetoric about Republicans that he hoped Americans would fall for during the debt ceiling battle:
Extreme MAGA Republicans have a three-part economic agenda that they have made clear to the American people this week. One, they want to end Social Security as we know it.448
“As we know it” is the difference between an outright lie and blatant misinformation. The Congressional Budget Office spells out the problem:
In the Congressional Budget Office’s projections, the OASI [Old Age and Survivors Insurance] trust fund is exhausted in fiscal year 2032, and the DI [Disability Insurance] trust fund is exhausted in 2050. If the two trust funds were combined, they would be exhausted in fiscal year 2033.449
Instead of viable solutions the two parties can negotiate, Democrats are rubbing their hands together in hopes of using Social Security to force a tax on “billionaires and wealthy corporations,”450 their favorite enemy of the people after Donald Trump. They won’t tell you that any tax they levy will ultimately be paid by consumers because that’s how these things work in practice, but honesty is not something they are concerned with.
Congress has betrayed the public trust by mismanaging the trust funds just like it ran up our debt to unsustainable levels. Instead of using what lawmakers have done as a partisan political weapon, perhaps it’s time to hang up the MAGA Republican propaganda attacks that got Biden’s press secretary in Hatch Act hot water and fix the problem taxpayers will ultimately be punished for.
Social Security is a deception. Castration and mastectomies for your kids are what matter.
The economy and Social Security are convenient distractions from the radical, far-left agenda that brings in donor cash and rots Biden’s Soul of America from inside. While they lie about Republicans and Social Security from one side of their mouths, Democrats stand behind radical insanity like castration and mastectomies for kids indoctrinated with gender confusion in their union-controlled schools.
Party members wave unprecedented numbers of illegal immigrants into our country in hopes of making them citizens. They push legislation telling Americans what they can and can’t buy while they deny us the use of the natural resources we own as a nation. They force taxpayers to distribute drug paraphernalia to addicts and then turn their backs on homelessness and the crime promoted by liberal law enforcement. They use propaganda about race to anger and divide us, as if we are too naïve to understand that this is one of the faces of racism.
This week gave us a lasting image of what Democrats’ radical agenda really stands for. It’s not about jobs or the economy or federal entitlements. It’s about a topless trans activist in front of America’s White House. This disgusting display is emblematic of the values embraced by the modern, far-left radical Democrat Party.

If the half-bright, left-wing hacks who infest the House and Senate really cared about the economy, we wouldn’t be over $30 trillion in debt. They obviously don’t care, but it’s a lot easier to propagandize Congress’s financial blunders than admit that what Democrats really stand for is turning our kids into freaks and transitioning America into a crime and illegal immigrant-ridden, socialist, climate-friendly hellhole.

Watching Democrats applaud Adam Schiff (D-CA) after House Republicans voted in favor of his censure yesterday evening is one of the most genuinely sickening displays I have ever seen. We will never, ever have a better vision of what this party of liars, deceivers, and hypocrites stands for.
There was pushback, of course. There is no defense of the grounds for Schiff’s censure, so two prominent Democrats resorted to blaming the man their party fears above all things: Donald Trump. If Democrats paid more attention and didn’t foolishly assume that we believe their lies and disinformation about the former president, they would realize that they are only making their worst nightmare come true by pushing conservatives to rally their support.
Home Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar (D-CA) called the censure resolution “baseless” and a waste of the American people’s time:
This resolution today is motivated by the same groups and individuals who to this day promote the lie that the 2020 election was stolen. A lie that Adam Schiff stood up to time and time again.
And I’ve had the privilege of serving alongside Adam in the California delegation and on the January 6th Committee. He has never shied away from taking on the toughest fights. And he is not going to be intimidated by anyone, including the former President or his allies.451
The quintessential Democrat Party lie that their January 6th Committee with its glossy primetime, network television production and predetermined outcome was a serious “investigation” doesn’t frame Schiff in a better light. Quite the opposite. Aguilar’s ridiculous remark would be hilarious if so many Democrats didn’t agree with him, which they obviously do. That’s just sad for the party and the voters who put these pathetic hacks in office.
Speaking of pathetic, Extreme Radical Democrat Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) tried the same approach as Aguilar. He took a swipe at bulldog Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) enroute to Trump:
Instead, they’re peddling conspiracy theories before the Judiciary Committee, the Oversight chairperson is totally out of control and unhinged. They’re obsessed with Adam Schiff. First, they kick him off the Intel Committee. Then they try to fine him $16 million. That fails. Donald Trump threatens to primary them, and they immediately respond to the puppet master by bringing a censure resolution back to the floor of the House of Representatives. Today, Extreme MAGA Republicans want to impeach Joe Biden.452
To correct the record, no one tried to fine Adam Schiff $16 million. The fine was a provision in the original censure resolution that did not pass a vote and called for an investigation to see if a fine was warranted:
Whereas if it is determined by an investigation conducted by the Committee on Ethics that Representative Schiff lied, made misrepresentations, and abused sensitive information, he should be fined in the amount of $16,000,000: Now, therefore, be it …
On the other hand, given Schiff’s antics that led to his censure and the Democrat Party’s determination to see Trump die in prison for offenses that would never be charged if one of their own was on the receiving end and especially if that person’s last name was “Biden” or “Clinton,” perhaps $16 million isn’t that unreasonable. As we learn more about the extremes Democrats go to so they can retain one party, Banana Republic control of America’s government and political system, extremism from the right might be the best and only solution to stop them in their tracks.

As far as Trump is concerned, I wholeheartedly agree. Democrats and sadly, many Republicans are terrified of a leader who won’t play their game of stringing us along, hurting Americans in the process, and doing absolutely nothing to make our country better. Trump got things done and Washington still hates him for showing how worthless and self-interested our elected officials are. The best way for him to end their hate is to be reelected. I wish you were wrong too, Paul, but your comments are spot on. The willingness of the GOP to bend to the will of the Democrat Party is infuriating, including their support of the last omnibus spending package. Democrats know better.
As far as insider trading is concerned, let’s relegate that to the same list as term limits and an earmark ban. The difference between Republicans and Democrats is a lot less than the difference between politicians from either party and the American people. Both know where their money comes from.
