Democrats want to legislate their own truth about African American history.
When Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) and Sen. Corey Booker (D-NJ) reintroduced the House and Senate versions of their African American History Act they left something out: the truth. The left demands that Americans accept the role of oppressors accountable in the present for slavery, white nationalism, and white supremacy in the past. Instead of teaching unblemished historical fact, Bowman and Booker want to legislate a “lens” through which the Democrat Party will advance its divisive, albeit profitable racial agenda.
Support our race agenda or you ain’t black.
President Biden admitted to the Democrat Party’s belief that it owns black America with his racist, vote for me or “you ain’t black” comment during the 2020 presidential campaign. In the eyes of the party, if you are not poor and dependent on Democrat handouts for everything from health care to housing to food, you ain’t black. The politics of racism brings power and money to Democrats. To their credit, they do a lot better job of planning for the future than the GOP. Millions of illegals the Biden administration is hurriedly welcoming across our borders will keep racism and xenophobia rhetoric alive and well for decades to come.
Loaded assumption makes all Americans guilty and accountable.
Bowman and Booker “urged leaders across the nation to tell the truth about the United States’ history of racism and white supremacy.”399 Their loaded assumption demands that we either admit we are racists and white supremacists, or we are racists and white supremacists. Either way, Democrats win.
Why does the truth require a social justice lens?
If Democrats are going to codify how African American history is taught, they need to be honest about their motives.
The twin bills employ the phrase “social justice and anti-bias lens” in their bills to describe how African American history should be taught:
(2) Through a social justice and anti-bias lens, convening experts, providing opportunities for discourse, and engaging with the public through programming, educational resources, and social media.
(3) Through a social justice and anti-bias lens, increasing resource capacity, technical support, and content creation to engage various audiences in person and via online platforms.
When you teach history through a “lens” you are teaching agenda. We don’t need a lens to teach historical fact. All that is required is the truth.
It’s politically expedient for Democrats to live in our racial past, as if slavery is a modern-day institution for which Americans must be punished and held financially accountable. Our president insists that lynching is still endorsed by Americans. This vision of race is a profitable lie spread by liars who will promptly accuse anyone who objects of racism.
Bowman confuses unity with a national admission of guilt:
A multiracial democracy that ensures the social, economic, and political rights of all in the United States requires reconciling with American history and America’s original sin of slavery and white supremacy.400
He insists that a “social justice and anti-bias lens” is truthful:
It is our moral imperative to tell the truth about our past to finally reconcile with this nation’s history of racism and white nationalism, and our legislation will serve as a vital component in our fight to do just that,” said Congressman Jamaal Bowman Ed.D (NY-16).401
It is a moral imperative to teach agenda-free historical fact. A lens defines a pre-determined conclusion. On the first anniversary of the Capitol Riot, we found out what that conclusion is:
For too long, we have moved on from traumatic events in our nation’s history without accountability, action, reparations, and without establishing a baseline of facts- of the truth,” added Congressman Bowman. “Take slavery and redlining. Take the Tulsa Race Massacre and the War on Poverty. Take Systemic Racism which permeates every system in present day America.402
For too long, Americans have been held on the hook for an issue that will never go away as long as it is politically expedient, profitable, and divisive. Obscuring the truth with a lens biased towards the Democrat Party’s version of history to demand accountability from good people who are not racist and cannot possibly atone for the past is unethical, immoral, and wrong.

Facts matter: it’s normal to neuter your kids.
It’s time for House Democrats to pick a new leader. Hakeem Jeffries’ (D-NY) increasingly shrill, hateful press releases speak to mental fragility and a man at his breaking point. Worse, his twisted views on what constitutes extremism while his party advocates neutering our next generation puts our children in danger.
While Democrats work overtime to turn a transgender mass shooter into a martyr and an angry, pro-trans insurrection in Tennessee into one of their peaceful protests, Jeffries went completely off the rails in response to a Texas court decision about the safety of abortion drug Mifepristone:
The Extreme MAGA Republican assault on abortion care, reproductive freedom and democracy is spreading across America like a malignant tumor. These right-wing ideologues are determined to jam their extreme views down the throats of the American people. We must all speak up, show up and stand up until the far-right uprising is peacefully and democratically crushed.403
That bit of partisan hysteria is from a leading member of a political party that advocates radical, irreversible neutering surgery for boys and girls and offering chemicals to any kid who asks to prevent their bodies from growing up. For those children who don’t question who or what they are, union members planted to teach in our classrooms and to control our schools are more than willing to instill gender confusion and doubt.
This is the kind of far, far left extremist lunacy that Democrats are passing off as normal and essential while they accuse Republicans of extremism because they won’t agree that neutering America’s next generation and exposing them to bizarre, fringe sexuality are wonderful ideas to advance our society and culture.
Rep. Paul Tonko (D-NY) explains his party’s views on America’s battle against extremism:
In recent years, we have seen a concerted effort by far-right Republicans to impose their extreme views on every area of American society. From measures to criminalize women who undergo abortions to bills banning drag shows and outlawing gender-affirming care for trans youth, GOP lawmakers continue to prioritize culture war politics over solving the everyday issues faced by working families.404
This incoherent progressive insanity suggests that pushing fringe sexuality and radical medicine on our kids is not part of an extremist, radical left culture war. Democrats no doubt prefer we ignore the truth about what they want to do to our children for solely political purposes and instead embrace their lie about helping working families. In the interest of not angering their increasingly fragile egos, we should also forget that they are the bad actors responsible for hurting these families with another batch of extreme policies that sent the cost of living into the stratosphere.
As with most things Democrats are helpless to stop, Jeffries’ unhinged rant about a new stumbling block to killing off America’s next generation is really about Trump and Democrats’ hatred for a judicial system that doesn’t always side with their brand of extremism:
A rogue, reckless and extreme right-wing Texas judge appointed by the twice-impeached former president has struck a blow against the reproductive freedom of tens of millions of American women.405
Yes, as grim as this sounds there is a hidden silver lining. As Democrats lose their minds and drag our nation down their extreme progressive deep end, killing babies and neutering children so they can’t reproduce may be a blessing for those who are never born. A nation governed by this kind of extreme progressive lunacy is not an America any sane person will want to live in.

No, Jeffries is not House Speaker
Last time I checked, Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is speaker of the House. Much as he seems to resent it, Hakeem Jeffries (D-CA) is the minority leader or as he prefers, Democratic Leader. This is how it works when your party loses the House or the Senate in an election. The losers don’t call the shots. This is a privilege reserved for the winners.
Today, Jeffries continued his April 7, 2023 rant over Mifepristone and what Democrats erroneously refer to as “reproductive care” after another court ruling that only partially halted a Texas judge’s decision to suspend approval of the abortion drug. No doubt Democrats pinned their hopes on a complete reversal. This is not an unreasonable expectation considering how well things worked out for them in New York last week. They aren’t used to losing elections, in the courts, in the media, or in the Big Tech censorship arena, which helps explain why Jeffries sounds so unhappy:
Extreme MAGA Republicans know that their radical anti-abortion views are too unpopular to win elections, so they’re using the courts to carry out their extreme agenda as they attempt to institute a nationwide abortion ban. House Democrats will always stand on the side of reproductive freedom. We will not let the extremists win.406
Republicans aren’t the ones advocating for genital mutilation and chemical castration of children, but extremism is rarely in the eyes of the beholder.
The truth is Republicans did win. Democrats lost. Whether you disparage GOP lawmakers as extreme MAGA Republicans, or extremists, or Joe Biden’s semi-fascists, the fact is that Republicans are not only popular enough to win elections, they took back the House last November. That’s why Jeffries is the House minority leader and Kevin McCarthy is the speaker. It’s been just a little over five months since the midterms, so perhaps the news hasn’t sunk in quite yet or maybe Jeffries suffers the same post-election loss traumatic derangement that so afflicts poor Hillary Clinton.
Jeffries confuses the federal judiciary with the House of Representatives just like he confuses who is calling the shots and who just lost power. I’m assuming he doesn’t write his own press releases, but someone should tell him they make him sound petty, childish, and ridiculous. His party and president’s extremist agenda and angry outbursts at anyone who won’t go along with their foolishness is more than mainstream America can tolerate and we proved it with our vote. That’s how unpopular, extremist MAGA Republicans win elections.

Democrats lie with words: Florida’s new law is not an abortion ban and other rhetorical falsehoods.
Never a fan of the truth, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre falsely referred to Florida’s new abortion bill as a “ban” in a statement issued on Thursday:
Today, Florida’s Republican supermajority-controlled legislature sent an extreme and dangerous new abortion ban to Governor DeSantis’s desk for signature. The ban flies in the face of fundamental freedoms and is out of step with the views of the vast majority of the people of Florida and of all the United States.407
That bit of rhetorical damage done, she then clarified that the legislation only applies to abortions after six weeks. She failed to mention that there are also exceptions including rape, incest, and medical emergencies.
The press secretary got even more mileage from the Florida law by spreading another lie recently recited by Vice President Kamala Harris, who insists that the government should not be involved in decisions about our bodies despite authoritarian White House and Democratic Party COVID-19 vaccine mandates that did precisely that and cost people their jobs:
Americans demand the freedom to make their own decisions about their own bodies without government interference.408
Much of the lying, misinformation, and disinformation we get from Democrats comes from falsely labeling agenda items to make them seem reasonable and less offensive or conversely, extreme and wholly objectionable. Here are some examples for your entertainment, in no particular order:
To reiterate where we started, Florida’s 6-week restriction is not an “abortion ban.” This is a lie. It permits abortions before six weeks and includes exceptions after six weeks.
As long as we’re discussing Florida, there is not and never was any such thing as a “Don’t Say Gay” bill. This was a classic disinformation stunt that Democrats and the Biden administration repeatedly used to attack Florida’s Parental Rights in Education Act, which the left probably wishes included a real don’t say gay provision. It does not, so they created one. We’ve even heard the “Don’t Say Gay” lie from presidential surrogate “Dr.” Jill Biden,409 whose educational background should have taught her that the government lying with words that impact people’s lives is unethical and wrong.
Being in the U.S. illegally does not automatically make a foreign national an “asylum seeker.” They could be a terrorist, a child molester, a cartel member, a murderer, or just a garden variety illegal.
As long as we’re talking about illegals, illegal immigrants are not “undocumented” anything. They are illegals, illegal immigrants, or illegal aliens. We can’t document people who cross the border and disappear. Since so many more have invaded America thanks to Joe Biden, we might as well call them out for what they are.
Genital mutilation and chemical castration are neither gender-affirming nor health care.
Abortion is not “reproductive health care.” It is the exact opposite of reproduction. Taking a life is killing, not “health care” unless it’s done to save another life or to address extraordinary circumstances like rape or incest.
Opposing sexual grooming of minors does not make you a “transphobe,” a “homophobe,” or anything else but a responsible American who believes we should protect children from predators in the classroom, the guidance counselor’s office, and at drag events purposely orchestrated to make an aberrant, fringe lifestyle seem normal.
“Putin” is not a catchall to evade responsibility for every bad thing that Joe Biden does to our economy.
A man is not a “woman” and a woman is not a “man” no matter what they do to alter their bodies or appearance.
Trump-Russia collusion was really Clinton-Russia collusion. It’s time we call it that.
Wide open and “secure” are not interchangeable terms, as in “the border is secure.”
Turning criminals loose to the streets to hurt people is not “social justice.” It is anarchy and social decay.
Defacing buildings, burning police cars, assaulting people, and looting is not “peaceful protest.” It is rioting.
Shoplifting and looting are not reparations. They are not victimless crimes. They are theft and should be punished as such.
“Racism” is not a catchall for anything and everything Democrats object to. It is not the only reason their party loses elections, Democrat cities fail, people commit crimes or land in jail, children can’t read, or lawmakers are punished for their actions.
Calling a far-left Green New Deal climate bill an “Inflation Reduction Act” does not mean it will reduce inflation and labeling a spending agenda “Build Back Better” doesn’t mean it won’t drive up inflation, hurt the people it’s promoted to help, and make our economy worse instead of “better.”

Extreme Radical Democrat Jeffries gets confused about who is bullying whom.
Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) continued his steady, downward spiral into frantic, unhinged hyperbole yesterday with another press release about his obsession with the machinations of “extreme MAGA Republicans.” The day prior, he denounced the GOP for doing exactly what Democrats want to do from the other side of the aisle:
House Democrats will oppose any effort to hold the economy hostage as part of any scheme by Extreme MAGA Republicans to jam its right-wing agenda down the throats of the American people.410
At least he’s making an attempt at honesty, though he leaves out the fact that Extreme Radical Democrats want to do the exact opposite with their agenda of baby-killing, neutering children, and wanton spending to hurt hard-working Americans and appease climate Armageddon doomsayers.
Yesterday, Extreme Radical Democrat Jeffries issued a new press release that borders on partisan hysteria:
Extreme MAGA Republicans, from the very beginning of the 118th Congress, have been focused on banning abortion care and bullying women, banning books about our history and bullying parents and this week they decided that they want to ban trans children from playing sports and bullying kids. That’s the extreme MAGA Republican agenda.411
Shall we make a truthful, honest statement instead?
Extreme Radical Democrats, from the very beginning of the Extreme Radical Biden presidency, have been focused on killing babies up to the moment of birth, bullying women athletes who don’t want to compete against biological males, adding sexually explicit material to the public school curriculum, lying about banning books about our history so they can indoctrinate children with CRT, and bullying parents by threatening to accuse them of domestic terrorism if they voice their concerns at school board meetings. That’s the Extreme Radical Democrat agenda.
With truth and honesty removed from the discussion, Extreme Radical Democrat Jeffries also launched a personal attack on firebrand patriot Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) describing offenses that sound a lot like what Republicans are investigating Joe Biden for:
She’s allowed to lie. She’s allowed to debase the institution. Apparently, Marjorie Taylor Greene is even allowed to elevate someone who appears to have engaged in espionage and treason against the United States of America and it doesn’t matter because Marjorie Taylor Greene is the face of this version of the House Republican Conference.412
Amen, Rep. Jeffries. Republicans need every Marjorie Taylor Greene we can get to battle your Extreme Radical Democrat agenda and determination to destroy, devalue, give away, and ideologically pollute everything good about our great country.

As far as Trump is concerned, I wholeheartedly agree. Democrats and sadly, many Republicans are terrified of a leader who won’t play their game of stringing us along, hurting Americans in the process, and doing absolutely nothing to make our country better. I wish you were wrong too, Paul, but your comments are spot on. The willingness of the GOP to bend to the will of the Democrat Party is infuriating, including their support of the last omnibus spending package. Democrats know better.
As far as insider trading is concerned, let’s relegate that to the same list as term limits and an earmark ban. The difference between Republicans and Democrats is a lot less than the difference between politicians from either party and the American people. Both know where their money comes from.
