Harris commemorates September 11 by lying about the freedoms her radical ideology denies to Americans
Yesterday’s September 11 commemoration was a PR disaster for Democrats. Joe Biden donned a Trump MAGA hat. The day before he denigrated the solemnity of the occasion by remarking he would be “doing 9/11.”
Commemorating this pivotal event in our history that cost thousands of American lives including the brave fire, police, and other public service heroes who died that day and in the weeks, months, and years to follow is an honor apparently lost on a president who checked his watch on camera during the dignified transfer of the 13 soldiers lost at Abbey Gate during the administration’s ill-fated retreat from Afghanistan.
The president’s “doing 9/11” circled the globe all the way to The Times of India.511 Vice President Harris followed up on the eve of the September 11 anniversary by accusing Donald Trump of the worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War during their debate.
Basking in media adulation the next day, she acknowledged 9/11 with a trite, canned statement:
On September 11, 2001 terrorists sought to attack and destroy our way of life—our democracy, our freedoms, and everything we hold dear as Americans. In that endeavor they failed.512
Pandering to elements in her radical base by accusing Americans of Islamophobia was too good an opportunity to pass up:
We worked to overcome the hate and discrimination that many of our fellow Americans experienced following the attacks.513
The same base denounces Israel for defending its right to exist after the October 7, 2023 Islamic attack. If Harris and Biden ruled our ally, Hamas would already be in charge.
The vice president couldn’t get through her short statement without lying:
We remain vigilant against any terrorist threat directed at the United States or the American people and we continue to disrupt terrorist networks wherever we find them.514
While watchlist illegals from 36 countries violated our sovereignty, Harris told us her border was secure. That was a historic lie that has terrible implications for another terror attack on our homeland.
As Border Czar, Harris oversaw an invasion that released 5.4 million illegals into America. An estimated 1.9 million more gotaways were never intercepted. 375 illegals on the terror watchlist were identified by CBP and 99 were released.515 We have no idea how many terror suspects are among the gotaways.
September 11, 2001 was an unprecedented assault on our fundamental freedom to be American that denied our right to exist as a nation and people. Now Israel faces a very similar threat to its existence from the political left and radical Islamic ideology that seeks to take the world “backwards,” to borrow a favorite Harris-Walz anti-Trumpism.
After years of securing the homeland against another terrorist incursion with a secure Trump border that was repeatedly attacked by Democrats as a violation of our values and tradition as a nation of immigrants, Kamala Harris decided that imposing her radical open border politics took precedence over keeping Americans safe and preserving our freedom to live without fear of being slaughtered for our values.
Our Border Czar did nothing to stop the masses of foreign nationals streaming into our country, but she is correct about one thing. The September 11 terrorists failed to destroy our freedoms. In retrospect, perhaps they didn’t need to. Now we have a radical politician seeking the presidency who will help do their job for them by mouthing falsehoods about security and doing nothing.

People do not understand how the Democrats and the Obama administration are slowly strangling the very freedoms that the Revolution was fought for. The facts are clear when you see the Constitution being trampled on by Obama, and then realize that he could not pass a gun owner background check, which is why he has sealed “ALL” of his records.
If congress were to pass any new legislation on background checking it must include the requirement that “ALL” politicians running for public office must “PASS” those requirements or be disqualified.
As it stands right now, Obama could not ” PASS” a standard FBI check from the details that were written in his book, which is why his certification was challenged. The judges that had cases before them refused to hear the arguments and thusly dismissed those cases. What gutless wonders we have in the justice system including the Supreme Court.
Obama is tearing our nation apart. and he is banking on the ignorant that don’t pay attention. obama has a shady past and i am not convinced that he is a true citizen of the united states. If you vote democrat you are voting to end america as a freedom country. Obama is taking it all away and people are not paying attention. when it’s gone and you are under the control of a dictator you will wish you had paid attention. but this country has been under attack before obama but now it’s speeded up so much it will be a miracle if we can keep it
We’ll find out next week how well people are paying attention, won’t we, Sandy? I agree, it’s pretty amazing that no matter how bad things are or how misguided the actions of public officials, they still manage to convince people to support what they do. Watch what happens in the Illinois governor’s race next week. If Pat Quinn wins, it’s a pretty good sign that we are truly lost.
freedom from harm is not a reasonable freedom. Freedom from unjust aggression is reasonable, and the primary reason for government.
Thanks for your remarks, Ed. Interesting how some of what’s happening now at the hands of government could be considered unjust aggression, like the searches they conducted in Rhode Island looking for New Yorkers. It’s difficult to know where to draw the line between government overreach and the public interest, but that was quite a line to cross.

I don’t know if the intention was to turn lies into the sole means of communicating with the people to the complete exclusion of the truth, but it has certainly paid off for Democrats and the White House.
