Before Democrats drove a spike through the heart of our democracy by saying no to voters and kicking their democratically elected presidential candidate to the curb, the victim of the coup warned of the Trump threat to our democracy:
Folks, let’s focus on what really matters. We’re running against the biggest liar and the biggest threat — no, really — the biggest liar and the biggest threat to our democracy in American history. That’s not hyperbole.1
Eight days later, a gunman tried to eliminate the man Biden assured us was the greatest threat American democracy has ever faced. That having failed, a second attempt came shortly after. Calls to tamper down the rhetoric were short-lived. Now Trump is Hitler.
On Tuesday the president demanded that we “lock him up,” but by all appearances he’s not the one in charge. Kamala Harris is the one responsible for stopping Trump from destroying our democracy. This is akin to hiring one of her illegal immigrant sex offenders to babysit your kids. Even Black men and Latinos are starting to turn away from the Democrat Party’s desperate, last-minute Biden replacement. They know they are being had and another four years of Trump policies are a far better gamble than four more years of punishment from Harris.
Harris preaches the American ideals she helped destroy
An alliance with rabid Trump hater and fake Republican Liz Cheney for an event in Wisconsin was a sterling opportunity for Harris to confuse voters about what matters:
I believe that when we think about who we are as the American people, there is more we have in common than what separates us when we think about what is at stake in terms of our democracy, rule of law, the Constitution of the United States, national security, the standing of our country in the context of the world. All of that is at stake.2
She is absolutely correct, so it’s perplexing why she chose to spend her first term as vice president helping Biden discard all of these things. Democrats warn voters about a Hitler-worshipping fascist intent on destroying our democracy, but they can’t come up with enough lies to compete with what Harris has already done.
This is how Harris protected your country from Trump
As vice president, Kamala Harris willfully rejected the rule of law. Her immigration policies destroyed our nation’s sovereignty, killed Americans, and dumped the cost on taxpayers. Now Harris and Biden’s DOJ waves democracy in our face while it sues Virginia for scrubbing illegals from voter rolls:
The right to vote is the cornerstone of our democracy and the Justice Department will continue to ensure that the rights of qualified voters are protected.3
If the administration is concerned that citizens will be denied their right to vote by Viriginia’s efforts to clean up registrations, why doesn’t it step up and help? Governor Youngkin isn’t the one who opened our floodgates and planted millions of noncitizens across America. Like responsible leaders in other states, his job is to clean up Kamala’s mess.
No America, no American democracy: national security matters
North Korea, Russia, Iran, and even China were relatively docile while Trump was president. After he left, all hell broke loose. Our once-powerful nation didn’t even have the strength to confront a plodding Chinese spy balloon.
Our global standing plummeted thanks to a horrendously ill-conceived withdrawal from Afghanistan that abandoned and killed Americans, left weaponry for the Taliban, and demonstrated historic weakness. Harris and Biden mindlessly funded terrorism by lifting Trump’s sanctions on Iran. Their efforts to fulfill a campaign promise to end our domestic fossil fuel industry hurt Americans while it enriched Putin for his war against Ukraine.
Hitler and Nazis are Harris’s New Way Forward
Half-hearted support for our ally and great friend Israel in its battle against genocide and Harris and Biden’s refusal to immediately condemn anti-Semitic, pro-Hamas terror protests and protect Jewish Americans showed the world all it needed to see. America, the protector of freedom and democracy, was no more and the pro-Israel architect of the Abraham Accords is really a closet Hitler fan:
It is deeply troubling and incredibly dangerous that Donald Trump would invoke Adolf Hitler, the man who is responsible for the deaths of 6 million Jews and hundreds of thousands of Americans.
All of this is further evidence for the American people of who Donald Trump really is.4
Kamala added Hitler’s genocide to her remarks to make sure we got the message. It’s curious that she said “responsible for the deaths” rather than “murdered” or “guilty of the genocide.” I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume a poor choice of words in her haste to attack her opponent with this disgusting rant that’s a new, rock bottom low even for the vice president.
In the unlikely event someone has an unscripted opportunity they should ask why, if Harris is so opposed to genocide against Jews, did her White House financially empower Iran while working to hamstring Israel’s fight for survival? We won’t get an answer, but I’d still like to hear the word salad that bombshell will elicit.
According to Fox News, Hillary Clinton has latched on to the Trump-Hitler propaganda, blasting Trump’s planned Madison Square Garden appearance as some sort of Nazi rally reenactment.5 There is no reason for him to do this, of course. It would make a lot more sense to do what Kamala plans to do and not show who he really is until after he wins the election, but Democrats are too angry and desperate to think this through. Instead, they chose to employ the Goebbels’ strategy. Expect to hear Hitler Hitler Hitler, Nazi Nazi Nazi, and Fascist Fascist Fascist until the polls close on November 5.
Reimagining the Supreme Court is “critical” to salvaging our democracy?
The Biden-Harris White House attacked and sought to undermine the Supreme Court’s legitimacy which, like Donald Trump, was portrayed as a threat to democracy because of decisions that threatened Democrat Party priorities:
And I’m going to call for Supreme Court reform because this is critical to our democracy — Supreme Court reform.6
When SCOTUS justices were attacked for the leaked Dobbs decision, Harris and Biden again turned their backs on the rule of law and refused to stop the protests outside of justices’ homes. Like Trump, conservative Justice Brett Kavanaugh was the target of a failed assassination attempt.
None of this matters to the Harris campaign. Lies and propaganda take center stage. January 6th Kangaroo Court participant Liz Cheney warns “how fragile democracy can be,” though in her case it appeared to function as intended and cost her a House seat. She praised Harris as someone “who you know will uphold the rule of law.”7
It wasn’t clear how we would know that. The vice president failed to do her duty to protect America’s sovereignty by enforcing immigration law and refused to reinstate Trump protections that worked. She famously helped bail out rioters during the 2020 Summer of Love and followed up this tacit support for violent anarchy with a running mate who, as Minnesota’s governor, watched Minneapolis burn while his spouse luxuriated in the smell of burning tires8.
Harris delivered her Michigan closer with her signature laughter:
We — our — our democracy will only be as strong as our willingness to fight for it. And you all are taking your time out of your lives to be here because we, I think, agree on that among the most fundamental principles at stake.
And I thank you for the time you’ve taken, and I hope to earn your vote, by the way. (Laughs.) (Applause.)9
I don’t blame her for laughing. She’s getting away with a joke played on anyone who forgets that this clownish Biden stand-in didn’t receive a single vote endorsing her run for president.
Nevertheless, in Michigan she assured her audience that they have the strength to save our fragile democracy:
And I say, do not despair, because in a democracy, as long as we can keep it — in our democracy, the people, every individual has the power to make a decision about what this will be, and that’s — and so let’s not feel powerless. Let’s not let the som- — and I get it — overwhelming nature of this all make us feel powerless, because then we have been defeated, and that’s not our character as the American people.10
Our republic is only fragile in the eyes of those who wish to undermine and even destroy it. Democrats have a tendency to tell on themselves by erroneously blaming others for what they plan to do. Harris’s record to date is a warning that destroying democracy is very much on the table whether by accident or design. In Kamala’s case, I’d bet on both.
Best way to stop Trump from destroying our democracy? Destroy it before he can.
Democrats are neither inept nor stupid. Their inciteful anti-Trump rhetoric has a purpose that almost paid off with two assassination attempts and was alluded to again on Tuesday by the president’s urging that we “lock him up.”
The fact that Kamala Harris is running for president instead of Joe Biden is proof that democracy, or at least the democracy envisioned by most Americans, is dead. Democrats proved that the right to vote is meaningless because party elites can override the decisions of voters and choose their own preferred leaders at will.
The best way for Democrats to stop Trump from destroying our democracy is to beat him to it by denying the will of the people whether that means disavowing the primary election process, inciting violence, impeaching him for a third, fourth, and fifth time, finding obscure legal vehicles to charge him with crimes, refusing to confirm his electoral count, or by any other means necessary to deny the will of the people and retain power.
The Hillary Clinton campaign’s Steele Dossier and the years-long Trump-Russia hoax that followed proved there are no penalties for Democrats who willfully spread hoaxes and deceive the people most responsible for the survival of our republic. This is why Trump-Putin is now Trump-Hitler. Their politics are about winning at any cost. If destroying our democracy to retain power is what it takes, the left will discard the past 250 years and move on with Kamala Harris’s New Way Forward while assuring us they prevented Donald Trump from doing what they planned all along.
