Chicago Teachers and the Occupiers Have Too Much In Common

There is a lot of angry whining rising from the streets of Chicago. Chicago Teachers Union members are showing themselves to be cut from the same cloth as the occupiers who infested the city during the NATO Summit.

Chicago teachers have swapped places with the occupiers.

Occupy Chicago is looking for a few good floors. The Occupy Wall Street spinoff has been waiting for the angry masses to arrive for the upcoming NATO Summit and needs places for protesters to camp. Windy City airwaves have been carrying sound bites of Occupy organizers asking for donations of space in church basements, warehouses, and back yards.

Obama’s Angry Masses Seek Dependence, Not Jobs

The next time you see footage of protesters befouling parks, clashing with police, and raving about injustice, ask yourself a question. If you were a business owner looking for new employees, could you convince yourself that a haircut or a trip to the laundry would change the belief that being an American means living off of the grace of the government, and by taxing and regulating those symbols of wealth with which protesters find fault?
