Our government’s definition of State Sponsor of Terrorism is simple and straightforward:
To designate a country as a State Sponsor of Terrorism, the Secretary of State must determine that the government of such country has repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism.1
Antony Blinken will never make the determination that America in the clutches of the Biden White House is a State Sponsor of Terrorism. The mere suggestion is extreme, but we can no longer ignore the fact that Biden administration policies on Israel, Iran, Afghanistan, and our open border provide material support to terrorists.
That’s before we address our government’s reign of terror against conservative Americans.
Whether from dimwitted recklessness or the designs of anti-American ideologues intent on leveling the playing field because they don’t believe in American greatness, taxpayer resources are funding bad actors.
When other countries do this, we call them State Sponsors of Terrorism. It has to stop.
Biden trashes Israel and sponsors terrorism in a shameless ploy for 2024 votes
The president’s 2024 reelection prospects are at risk, so the White House cynically rejects going all-out for our cherished ally in favor of placating anti-Semitic Hamas supporters infesting the radical Democrat Party base.
With leftist pro-Hamas protests erupting and a threat to critical Michigan votes from radical anti-Semite Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) before the state’s primary, Biden decided to devote America’s military to building a Gaza port for relief efforts despite a multitude of warnings about the consequences that included this from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY):
“President Biden’s plan to use Americans’ hard-earned money to build a port in Gaza will only fast-track U.S. taxpayer-funded aid into the hands of terrorists such as Hamas and put U.S. servicemembers’ lives at risk. Just this morning, I met with the USAID Inspector General who cautioned any aid going to Gaza or the West Bank has a high-risk for potential diversion and misuse of U.S. funded assistance. The House Oversight Committee has been sounding the alarm about U.S. aid to Gaza falling into the hands of terror groups, but it is falling on deaf ears with President Biden and his administration.2
Comer’s use of terror “groups” is telling. Like Biden’s gift of billions in military hardware to the Taliban during his precipitous exit from Afghanistan, the administration is willfully handing over resources with no control over the destination. The fact that interdiction by Hamas turns America into a sponsor of terrorism is irrelevant to this White House. More important is claiming a humanitarian victory for the Biden reelection campaign.
The president hypocritically accuses MAGA Republicans of a multitude of sins while Democrats chant “elections matter” and hold Palestinians blameless for voting Hamas to power. He resorted to sanctimony over the “heartbreaking” loss of life in Gaza and promised a “massive increase in the amount of humanitarian assistance” while drawing a red line for Israel that turns aid workers into human shields:
And Israel must also do its part. Israel must allow more aid into Gaza and ensure humanitarian workers aren’t caught in the crossfire.3
For Biden, who established a humanitarian catastrophe at our border, to lecture Israel about humanitarian necessity after what happened on October 7 is a disgusting example of how pandering to radicals dictates administration policies no leader worthy of our presidency would endorse.
Calling for regime change takes disgusting to entirely new heights.
Democrats sacrifice Netanyahu because their base demands it
As if building a port for Hamas is insufficient to clarify the anti-Israel Democrat Party line, Biden backed Senate Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) call to oust Prime Minister Netanyahu:
In his speech, Majority Leader Schumer also said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s vision is stuck in the past and no longer fits the needs of Israel and the Israeli people.4
Let’s be clear. Schumer does not care about the needs of Israel or the Israeli people or even the alleged recipients of humanitarian aid. This is about Joe Biden and the Democrats desperate need to placate anti-Semitic terror supporters in their party’s base.
Schumer tried to have it both ways when he cited four obstacles to peace and failed to draw any distinction between terrorists, Netanyahu, and Israel’s government:
Those four major obstacles are:
1. Hamas, and the Palestinians who support and tolerate their evil ways.
2. Radical right-wing Israelis in government and society.
3. Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.
4. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.5
Biden called Schumer’s anti-Israel rant “a good speech,” inferring that this expression of U.S. policy was cleared by the White House:
Senator Schumer contacted my staff — my senior staff — he was going to make that speech. And he — I’m not going to exa- — elaborate on the speech.6
Three days before Schumer hung Netanyahu out to dry, the House Democrat leadership stood up for an ally that poses less of a political liability and better yet, provides an opportunity to attack Donald Trump and “ensure America remains a Leader of the free world:”7
And Donald Trump has encouraged Russia to attack “whoever the hell they want,”— even if it means a NATO ally.8
Most Americans understand what Trump was saying just like we understand his “bloodbath” position on Biden’s foreseeable complicity to undermine America’s auto industry with Chinese electric vehicles.
What we should never understand is how America can be a leader of the free world when support for our allies is contingent on the demands of fringe elements in the radicalized Democrat Party and a failed president whose reelection campaign forces him to sponsor terrorism
Republicans tried to stop this insanity soon after the October 7, 2023 terror attack with the Stop Taxpayer Funding of Hamas Act:
Time and again, well-intentioned American and Israeli aid is stolen out of the hands of innocents and used to fund HAMAS’s brutal terror campaigns,” said Congressman Miller. “These barbaric savages should have ZERO claim to American taxpayer dollars. This legislation must be brought forward immediately.”9
Not a single Democrat agreed to cosponsor the House or Senate versions of this legislation. The bill never came to a vote.
Democrats have no issue killing babies with the ruse that our fundamental freedoms and rights require it, so it’s very possible that shocking accounts of Hamas barbarism fall on deaf ears. That doesn’t mean good Americans should be forced to pay the tab to fund terrorists.
Biden’s support for Iran turns America into a sponsor of terrorism
America first leadership would take the use of taxpayer money to enable a state sponsor of terror off the table, but the reality of Biden’s Iran policy is in our face and impossible to ignore.
Instead of clamping down on this adversary after attacks on our vessels and alleged support for the slaughter in Israel, the White House freed up another $10 billion in assets after handing Iran $6 billion for a Biden prisoner swap.
Last week, Congressman Bryan Steil (R-WI) demanded that the White House reinstate sanctions against this known sponsor of terror:
However, despite these attacks on Americans and our interests, your administration has taken steps to allow Iran access to billions to fund additional terrorist activity that directly threaten Americans. While your administration claims the funds are strictly for “humanitarian purchases”, we know that Iran as a long track record of evading sanctions and siphoning humanitarian funds for their hostile actions.
“Your administration’s stated justification for this $10 billion waiver remains insufficient. Instead of cracking down on Iran, your administration rewards Tehran for their continued uranium enrichment, human rights abuses, and terror proxy escalation.10
Handing $16 billion to Iran solidifies Biden’s role as a sponsor of terrorism. This is no different than Iran funding the activities of terror cells in other nations.
Congressman Brian Mast (R-FL) took that into account when he accused the president of giving “aid and comfort” to terrorists:
Joe Biden took the Houthis off the terrorist list so that he could send $3 BILLION in aid to Yemen. Now, these terrorists are using the money to wage attacks on American cargo ships and warships passing through the Red Sea.
Joe Biden conceded and handed over $6 BILLION to Iran in a prisoner swap deal. Shortly after, the Iranian-funded Hamas terrorists launched the October 7th attack on Israel. To this day, Americans are held hostage in Gaza.11
H.R. 5945, the Freezing Hamas Act was introduced in November 2023 to reclaim the $6 billion and keep existing Iranian sanctions in place.
Not a single Democrats cosponsored the legislation. The bill never came to a vote.
Whether White House Iran policy is intentional or horrendous mimicry of Barack Obama’s ill-informed nuclear sellout makes no difference. America is sponsoring terrorism, it’s time we admit, and it has to stop.
Biden’s open border sponsors cartel terrorism
We’ve heard so many warnings about terrorists crossing our non-existent border and so many lies from the Biden White House about the meaning of “border security” that it’s easy to write off the terror threat to divisive politics despite stark warnings and a when, not if scenario:
In addition, 294 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist have been apprehended at the Southwest border between ports of entry since the beginning of FY 2021—and those are only the individuals Border Patrol agents have caught.12
During testimony before the House Committee on Homeland Security, FBI Director Christopher Wray was asked about the estimated 2 million border gotaways who trespassed since Biden took over in January 2021:
Question from House Committee on Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green, M.D. (R-TN):
Can the FBI guarantee the American people that known or suspected terrorists, including any from Hamas or other tour groups, or not amongst those gotaways?”13
Wray’s answer:
The group of people that you’re talking about are a source of great concern for us. That’s why we are aggressively using all 56 of our joint terrorism task forces.14
No one questions the threat created by the Biden administration-Democrat Party invasion of America, but politics made this is a blame game instead of a security issue the White House plans to fix. Our support for anyone crossing the border illegally and inability to interdict over 2 million gotaways means we are providing aid and comfort to criminals and any terrorists who come here. What else can we call offers of bus and plane tickets, hotels rooms, medical care, free meals, jobs, and no questions asked lodging in cities across America?
Neither can we question that America is funding cartels enjoying profits in the billions thanks to a no-borders, no enforcement, no consequences immigration agenda.
Like the Stop Taxpayer Funding for Hamas Act, Democrats unanimously refused to support the House and Senate versions of the Drug Cartel Terrorist Designation Act. The money from human trafficking, illegal drugs, and anything else that crosses Biden’s border continues to sponsor the activities of these terrorists who go unnamed because we don’t have the political will to call them what they are and enforce policies to deny them profits from doing business in the U.S.
Who is the domestic terrorist now?
If you want to quickly cut through the lies and find out what Democrats are up to, just listen to the accusations they hurl at Donald Trump and the GOP. Whether the issue is destroying election integrity, repealing border security, weaponizing federal agencies, enforcing government censorship, or promoting domestic terrorism from activists, what Republicans are charged with is Democrat Party policy.
Biden and the Democrats are the biggest domestic terror threat we face
When Biden took over, he quickly stepped into the role of autocratic-in-chief. The president cited domestic terror as our greatest threat and rolled out his National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism with its threatening “expert assessment:”
It found that the two most lethal elements of today’s domestic terrorism threat are (1) racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists who advocate for the superiority of the white race and (2) anti-government or anti-authority violent extremists, such as militia violent extremists.15
Black Lives Matter rioters were peaceful protesters. Conservatives are threatening white nationalists, Christian nationalists, gun owners, right to life advocates, and worst of all, MAGA Republicans who hate democracy.
While the Biden White House engages in Banana Republic political tactics, we just learned of the extremes the House January 6th Committee went to so it could hand Trump’s head on a platter to Democrats’ liberal base. One example:
[Rep. Liz] Cheney and her committee falsely claimed they had “no evidence” to support Trump officials’ claims the White House had communicated its desire for 10,000 National Guard troops. In fact, an early transcribed interview conducted by the committee included precisely that evidence from a key source. The interview, which Cheney attended and personally participated in, was suppressed from public release until now.16
The January 6th Committee and its phony claim to bipartisanship thanks to Trump-hating Democrat colluders Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), both of whom fled their House seats soon after, defines Banana Republic politics that spread like migrant measles to local courts determined to help the White House bring down candidate Trump.
Our government has a history of strenuously objecting to political persecution, censorship, and controlling elections in other countries. Now it’s us. America under Joe Biden is a state sponsor of terrorism and a Banana Republic that uses federal agencies and Lady Justice to attack and destroy opposition to the Democrat Party. Americans are forced to go along for the ride. We can only hope this train will derail soon so we can reclaim the values our great nation used to stand for.
