I received an invitation from my local library to hear a professor talk about how our new president will bridge the divide in our polarized nation. Like COVID-19, there’s a lot of this going around. The Biden presidency is just weeks away.
We are ten months into 2020. Democrats have made every aspect of our lives worse. This is quite an accomplishment when you consider how bad this year has been for most Americans. Democratic politicians’ blind hatred for Donald Trump, their disdain for the American people, use of misfortune and death as a bargaining chip, and their shocking plans to discard our economy, values, history, and traditions made a terrible 2020 almost unbearable.
In recent weeks we’ve watched elderly people abused, homeowners harassed by protesters, burning buildings, and looting justified by radical left activists who justify theft as compensation for the hurts of the past and a fundamentally unfair economy.
Democrats are all but silent about what they created.
Now that we have added a death toll from protests to the economic damage it’s time for Americans to ask a question. Why are Democrats so determined to turn a valid issue into the scam of the year? In the hands of the Democratic Party racial injustice is an opportunity that serves the temporary needs of a political campaign and nothing more.
I’m not going to waste my time or yours pondering what might happen this November. Let’s jump ahead eleven months and be done with it. Trump won.
This post is about why Democrats lost the 2020 presidential election. It’s not a difficult thing to explain.
There has been more flag waving in the House of Representatives in the past two weeks than we’ve seen in the last two hundred years. Thanks for that goes to the impeachment-crazed hypocrites who are trying to convince the country of the necessity of their actions while they plan for a future that is very, very different from what America’s values represent.
Child sex abuse. Murder. Rape. Presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren doesn’t get it. Even if federal law enforcement wanted to pursue “punitive anti-immigrant policies,”1 it doesn’t have the time or the resources. ICE is too busy rounding up criminals who commit crimes like these and who skip back and forth across the border with impunity after being deported.
